The truth is I don't see that Butler has enough level to make a fight against Inoue, the other thing is if Inoue accepts it, we all know very well Inoue's style, if Inoue in that case accepts the fight and if he wins Once with a knockout, Butler's reputation will be very low, how could he get it back? The truth is that Butler is good for me, but he needs more preparation. Instead, I would look for fights with less complicated rivals who seem more likely to win, and not leave once and for all because of a big man like Inoue. Butler must reap more wins to that the fans ask for more fights, and the business model is there in having more fights equals more money.

Looking at statistics of Butler with 34-2-0 winnig 15 fight via KO making it a 44% of his fight won via knockout.



Buttler is currently holding the WBO title so I think Inoue will seek a fight with him to be the undisputed champion.  That said, I do think that Inoue has the upper hand if ever these two fighters meet. Inoue holding a record of 23-0 with 20 KO's and currently holds  IBF WBA and WBC Titles declared interest in becoming the undisputed champion at 118[1].  Inoue beats  the future Hall of Famer Nonito Donaire via 2nd round TKO last Tuesday.

Danny Garcia vs Jose Benavidez at 154 lbs.

For sure some of you might be familiar with the name Danny Garcia as he was once a 147 lbs champions. But he lost to some of the best welterweight that time, Spence, Thurman and Porter. Now he decided to move up to 154 lbs and challenge one of the most dangerous fighter in that division. Years ago Benavidez put a good fight against Crawford.

This could be one underrated fight this July. I will admit that I'm a fan of Danny Garcia during his prime I said this because I think he doesn't have it and he is really a B fighter, because when he step with the big guns at 147 lbs he losses, but he possesses one of the best left hook that I have seen. And then Jose Benavidez could still have the power at 154 lbs. Not sure though why he is not rated at any organizations at this weight class. But definitely, this is going to be a good clash of styles as well, but I will favor Benavidez maybe by a decision.

I like him to move to another weight class just to test the waters. But before that, he has to beat Butler and unify the belt first. So yeah, he is going to take that belt and Butler can't do anything about it.

Indeed, rumors says that Manny Pacquiao and Mayweather will share a ring again to have a last dance for an exhibition fight but that remains a speculation for now as Pacquiao's camp is still resting and taking some time to bond to his family because he exhausted his time and efforts for the presidential race few months ago. Paul Butler has no choice but to fight against Inoue for an undisputed title fight because he have the missing belt that Inoue needed to become the undisputed champion. But as we saw, Butler was the first one to call for the fight and I seriously don't think that he's that positive and comfortable to defeat Inoue but I'm seeing that action as a way to sell the fight much earlier even if there's no negotiation happened as of this moment and make advantage while he can earn.

Paul Butler will surely struggle soon if this fight against Inoue for the undisputed boxer will materialize, even Donaire had a hard time following the latter's punches and only knew the punch when it landed upon him, what more if it's Paul Butler. Anything heard from Donaire though? is he going to retire for good?

It's good that he got the WBO belt, but he really talks trash about Casimero back then. So they should fight Casimero first, or WBO ordered the fight and whoever be the winner facing Inoue, that will be the perfect setup match.

It will not attract PPV sales, people will rather wait for the outcome than watch a what will be a one-sided match, the only people who will be excited to see this are those Inoue fanatics who want to see their idol but for bettors and boxing enthusiast this will not include in their schedule, Inoue will soon integrate Butler's belt that will make him the undisputed king of that division, maybe after the fight, he will think of moving up he can take his power in the higher weight division.
