Thanks to all members for your feedback about our new site multidice.io. We didn't expect all the positive comments on the day of our launching.

We had a small problem with email confirmations for new accounts, but everything is solved. We didn't find any other major bugs on betting, investing and deposits/withdrawals, but we appreciate feedback about any error that you can find.

About some of the issues that members have been talking in this thread:

1. Information about min deposit / withdraw for each currency. We are going to add this information in our website in our next update.
2. The point in terms of service about funds of deleted or dormant accounts. We will study if this point should be deleted from terms of service. We don't intend to take funds from users, it was just a legal formality.
3. About faucet abuse and 0% withdrawal fees. After some days of trial we are going to check if faucet conditions and withdrawals fees should be adjusted to prevent abuse.

We must say that our stats are true, there has been around 300 accounts created in less than 24 hours. About the number of accepted currencies is actually more than 50 and we are open to suggestions about new coins / tokens to be added.

Thanks for the update... I did a quick test and every time I bet for the first time ^{[with a new cryptocurrency]}, I encountered a flashing white circle, as opposed to showing the result of the bet that I just placed ^{[having said that, refreshing the page fixes that issue]}.

To be honest, yes. it was really a bad experience. I have referred more than 15 Players and 7 of them joined. everyone's account was disabled.

Accepting 35+ coins is more than enough, there is no point to have too many coins if those coins are not really being used by gamblers. Just take a look at the fact how most popular casinos in this industry, they have less coins but they can survive. The most important thing is about how to maximize what they have, not how to accept coins as many as possible. I have to agree dice alone is not enough so expanding the games and adding more features is better option for multidice.

but having 35 currencies is enough to compete , there are only few gamblers that explore using many currencies to gamble meaning each time they gambler some of their currencies on hand is enough to use and mostly it is the top 50 coins so having this 35 is not an issue at all.

what they need to establish is the Support, the team attitude and the bonuses and events to conduct to lure more and more gamblers.

I think this number is more than enough. I am not going to ask them to add more crypto.

I would like to suggest they improve their game. They don't have an auto bet system yet. Auto bet becomes mandatory for dice games nowadays.

They should consider about the min bet limit. Currently it is 33 satoshi in BTC (equivalent to $0.02). Multidice team should lower it as the casino is for dice game only. And chat is an important feature for a dice betting site. BTW, Have you made the withdrawal from faucet winnings?

After waiting for about a day finally got an email directly from Multidice that my account had been activated, the delay received activated link happened because problem on their server.
It turns out that players can choose which coin they want claim from faucet, I think it's only available in BTC and have tried playing here, everything is going smoothly and your website is light enough to load.

i very well agree with you here. some popular and reputable casinos or dice sites here have at least 5-10 top alts only in their payment method, and yet, they are doing great. 50+ is too much, and more then likely, most of those alts will be rarely used by gamblers. but if the casino has nothing to do anymore, then, they can just add whatever coin or token they want.
but for now, i am with you, by developing their site first and offering contests or programs that may attract gamblers. it is better to attract loyal patrons than focusing on those alts.

Where's the need of accepting such huge amount of crypto? Do you think people will use them? In most cases, people use BTC. Since the fee is high, people look for alternative like LTC, TRX, DOGE or some other crypto which has low fee. Why do a casino need to accept a lot of crypto. I think it's unnecessary.

Yeah, gamblers join to a casino after watching the advertisement. And faucet gives a boost for the advertisement of a casino. You can observe it if you are connected with gamblers on twitter. Some gamblers frequently tweets about those casino which have free faucets. They try to attract affiliates in this way and it helps the casino to get good number of players quickly.

Don't feel bad as you made the withdrawals from faucet. You haven't broken their rules as they are allowing user to make withdrawal from faucets without any restriction. But it will look bad if you rely on the faucets only.
