I know that many big projects are waiting for "crypto winter" to launch, so I think that there will be some good projects on presale during crypto market crash. Thats depend on the platform there are still platform that offers a lot of multiplier, cause even those new projects are gonna be a starter of market hike. Binance launchpad even the market is down will surely do a good multiplier no doubt about that.

That you get a x100 or even a x500 of your investment is never certain and you should never expect such high profits if you join a launchpad because if such high profits would be the normality, then everyone that is part of a launchpad would be a millionaire within a year. Yes it is true that there are ptojects that are giving this high returns, but those are definitely an exception. I also think, that it is pretty logical that the average profit of launchpad projects will be lower during a bear market.

Launchpad will never be crashed like what happened with crypto right now. I should remind you that the only unpopular launchpad that will not have good performance but a launchpad that has a very big popularity among the crypto investors will always have good ROI.
