Yes, the most important thing is that the issue has been resolved. As you can see, it wasn't that difficult, and all it took was a couple of emails or a phone call from you to the customer support to speed things up. So, in the future, I suggest you adopt a more pro-active approach from the very beginning. Unless you are actively involved in the online community, there is little point in promoting your platform there. Good luck in the future.

OP, you should know that comments on bitcointalk aren't pre-moderated and appear as soon as they get posted. Maybe you just unintentionally missed those comments. It would be good if you share with us and let us know what happened exactly and why Poika5's withdrawal request took that long to get processed. But I can understand if you can't share such information for privacy/security reasons or because you don't have the privilege to access them.

The fairspin casino already has its own token called tfs but I only don't know if it's based on dao or not.
