What happened::

I'm posted this initially in their forum but decide to continue here for bigger exposure. And I advice to not play there if you are smart enough to do basic math

I'm putting in my official complaint on BCgame as I have been banned with over 100k confiscated, with an account of over $24million wagered. I thought BCgame was different, since they offered quick withdrawals, great promotions, friendly hosts, etc.  But then it changed when I helped others by sharing strategies/offering additional money back from their play from my own account which enhanced their enjoyment level and fattened my account as well. Eventually it became large enough issue for BC to unleash the hammer. A Clause of Advantage play was added in their term of service that they only JUST added after banning me and my high earning affiliates members. You can even tell it’s new by how it’s all in Caps. I read the TOS dozens of times before and it was never there.

I made sure I did not multi account as I know when something like this happened it could be an easy excuse to  ban me. BC did their due diligence and didn’t accuse me of multi, however that still bite me in the ass when they cited me on “group gameplay”, the group they refer to are ppl i never met in real life, only chatted in forums and discord channels like EVERYONE here would normally do. By that definition, any of you guys that respond here is my potential groupie, specially if you ever profit.

I have been promoting/paying content producers around the web/stream/youtube to join with me promoting BCgame and get benefits not received anywhere. Isn’t that the point of giving out commissions? So your affiliate “partner” can spend it at their discretion and attract new customers? I would also assume it’s common sense when your promoting something the first place is among groups and ppl you are familiar with, and that’s where I posted my referral link. In a DISCORD channel that I’m member of, some of them joined. Talked about slots, shared strategies, some worked, some didn’t, wasted plenty of $$. Until we came across a strategy that’s actually pretty easy to find on the internet and pretty much the META nowadays in gambling and utilized in almost every major crypto casino. A wagering strategy!! Nothing new, nothing revolutionary, just math, and in this case Math looked decent enough to try.

What I did was simply used everything BCgame offered to its maximum efficiency to win and taught my affiliates. Who doesn’t want to win. If you say otherwise that you play just to lose then well you are every casino’s prized stallion.

It’s not my problem when I play a game and loss according to the house edge but all the rakeback/reload/deposit/weekly/monthly bonus given back to me ended up yielding over 98-115% of house edge. That’s the casino’s decision and who am I to question it. Bonuses are often offered as a loss leader in a competitive business. Especially when all of them are not optional, they are given to you. I have no say in the amount of weekly bonus, monthly bonus they will give, I have no say deposit bonus as it is automatically applied. Recharge/reload calculations are not disclosed anywhere. Those are unknown to me and can be changed at any time by them. (Spreadsheet available for math part, and will be posted soon after I clean it up a bit)

The next part is on hedged betting, apparently that’s disallowed now, but it was new and wasn't there before. So if you do any sort of hedging on BCGame please beware of this clause. No more betting banker/player, no more betting red/black, no more Crash hedging.

When casinos, not just BCgame but other bigger, more established ones offer wagering CONTEST, but didn’t previously have established rules on hedging, and I see others use it all the time on a small scale. Then why am I to be punished for using it to win contests and to push my weekly/monthly bonus higher. Winning is not guaranteed and thousands of dollars to lose if you fail, that’s gambling to me.

Last but not least, if you run a script which their own platform supports 24/7 then it’s considered irregular gaming and might be banned too, but only if you win. No problem if you lose.

To summarize:
 
1) You can't play 24/7 only one game (what's considered OK then for regular gaming?)? 2-3-4hour? No 24/7 allowed at all?
2) You can't hedge
3) Anything that can potentially give you an edge with bonus, it's gonna be considered bonus abuse
4) You can't get tips from your affiliate if that makes you profitable
5) Just don’t profit

I will be posting this on every website. Again and again unless we reach settlement. They already refused it twice hence leading me to post here.

Gimme a break, even your team did not accuse me of multi account. I made sure to abide by those rules to not profit via self referral and took the risk of sharing with strangers. So stop treating us as a group as we are individual, I have no control of what they do or don't with the information. If I did i would have told them stop pushing it so hard. I'm not responsible for the action of my affiliates. If that were the case maybe you should ban the person above me that I grabbed a random referral code off reddit, He/she must have profited handsomely.

Glad I took this screenshot before getting banned. I have played on a balanced way, pretty even split on games. Which comes to my next point.

 

I already told your team that the problem is your entire giveback system, even the 1% original games. The way it is setup I can profit on almost any game even your original games as long as I stick to default house edge. Hedging etc is just to reduce volatility to achieve losses at HOUSE EDGE level. There is no loophole if even your original games end up the in profit, just on a lesser degree. The problem isn't me, but your giveback which is generous, a bit too generous. Then is it my fault that i profited from it or is it the casinos? and Today you are offering DEPOSIT BONUS again that's automatically applied to everyone, basically saying there is nothing wrong with your system. So it's not a fraud if BC.game is essential promoting giving away FREE money via deposits".


And if you change any part of your bonus/recharge/reload now, you will defeat your own argument that I took no risk in my venture as the math behind mostly depend on what your giving back remain the same and my ability to win wagering contest. Any slightly changes and will end up on tens of thousands in losses. But changing the comp system is what any legit brick/mortar casino would do instead of punishing the players. There are so many articles of where players took advantage of casino's generous Bonus offer. Didn't they end up being asked to return the money? No, cause they played at legitimate casino that know when they made a mistake on their math and took the loss themselves, and changed terms for the future.

BCgame's compensation system:

1- Leveling up

Based on pure wagering no matter what you play and increases at each VIP level. at rate of $0.1 per $100

2- Rakeback
Based on HouseEdge - up to 20% using their JB system. On 1% games it would give $0.2 back per $100, on 3% it would give back $0.6 per $100

3- Reload(recharge)
based on wagering/profitloss/level - paid based on prior 7 days activity. The % listed is an average from many month of data on 1-2% HE games. Exact calculation is unknown

4- weekly/monthly - weekly is usually around $0.1 per $100 and monthly at $0.05/$100 of wager. unknown and always subject to change
 
5- Weekly Task - There are 4 tiers and they give, $0.05 - $0.08 - $0.12 - $0.15 per $100 wagered on whatever Tier you manage to complete

6- Deposit Bonus - based on HE same as rakeback but at 25% rate

so all in all playing a 1% original dice game using a popular 98% chance strategy you find promoted in Casino like Stake or just any search for wagering strategy on youtube. you will receive:
Level up + Rakeback + reload + weekly/monthly + weekly Task + deposit bonus
$0.1 + $0.2 + $0.28 +$0.15 + $0.12 + $0.25 = $1.1 per $100, at a theoretical loss of $1

Or course not all of it is given back at once, lot of it is given back throughout the week, end of week and end of month.

If you don't manage to get on the weekly/monthly list then ur screwed and will lose money.


7- Daily wagering race - not counting this but it's part of strategy


I added onto it with some other "tactics" previously allowed within the system to maximize efficiency. Always treading carefully not to violate their multi account rule. But they are saying everyone I told this simple Math to is a co conspirator  and we worked together. I don't see this any different than if i'm a streamer or a create a video on this subject and ppl followed the method. Do you?

Is this considered Smart play or is it fraud? the same conditions are being offered to EVERY player, and there is no choice not to take deposit bonus.

Gambling should be fun, not getting rich quickly or slowly. That's hell lot of money you wagered (if the screenshots are not compromised, I see you have no reason too). It is obvious that you were in their radar all the time, and they wanted something to get rid of you.

Anyway, you should be very specific on your first thread of what you want, I suggest you edit it and obviously follow the proper formatting. The way you wrote it, it's tiring for anyone to understand. You don't need a wall of text, but an exclusive summary so that people understand by quick scan. Please remember this is a forum and people actually will not respond unless the reading interest them.

I will be looking forward to see how the development goes. @BC.GAME can you please step in and explain your side?

Look Like BC.game Don't Give a Fu*k to Users. @Royse777 left a Question here about 2 months ago. and there is no Reply From BC.game. They Scamming Players for a long time. They don't even care what the Bitcointalk community thinks about them. They don't care about their reputation here. I would like to ask OP, Please create a Flag on their account. I hope DT Members will support it.



BC.Game last activity to BitcoinTalk on 8 November. And There is Several Scam Acquisition against them. They don't give a fu*k to the community.
