Why do you want to deal with the marketing of some token? If you are a member of the dev team, you should have such things planned and, above all, have the right budget for it.
Commitment itself is very important, but without bloggers, influencers, or even a bounty campaign here on Bitcointalk, you won't get much.

You can pay some big influencers to do that or another way to create bounty promotion as a way to get more supporters for your project. You can also try to create an announcement thread in this forum as well. There was also another way like shilling your token on telegram group.

It's hard to say caused by i didn't know how good the project is. The credibility and reliability of projects were affecting the result of promotion to push the token.

It's actually unpredictable and none know about which coin that will be mooning soon.
