It's not that easy..
There are a lot of altcoin drops more than 50% of their price in current bear market, especially for altcoin that only have under 100m marketcap.
So altcoin investing also need some deep research before doing it and easy 2x profits sounds too confident for me since there are thousands altcoin out there and we cannot do it "easy" to analyze which altcoin have the potential to growth

I wouldn't advise you to invest in NFT's these days because for me, they aren't well established yet and some of them are just being carried by too much hype. If you have enough funds for investment, you better invest it with top coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum which already have strong foundations. Unless you know what you are doing I will argue that investing in NFTs for the short term is also not a good idea, since the market of NFTs has been silently crashing since the beginning of the year.

If the capital is small, I think it is a little less suitable to be placed on the coins you mention except only in Cardano because Cardano is still very cheap and suitable for use with very small capital, but for Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB it is very expensive and little not suitable in my opinion even though all three are very good coins in cryptocurrency
