I only play every weekends but the site that I'm playing with has been pretty great for the last 6 months for what I use them for.

1. They have responsive customer support. Their ToS rarely change, and if anything they inform users days before the change goes live in their site. It's a very crucial thing.

2. I hate flashy and over-the-top platforms when it comes to site design. It doesn't sit well with me, most especially if it distracts me from playing. KYC also puts me off, especially if the site claims to be no KYC, but when it comes to a time wherein you need to withdraw, you will be asked for these details.

3. ETH, XRP, DASH. But I always stick with XRP. Transfers are fast, fees are cheap.

4. Dice and slots for years now.

OP should know already the gambling site's key features. There are obvious features that needed to be applied to a new casino.  Unique bonuses and promotions are the ones that OP's team needs to brainstorm.

This must be one of the consideration that OP must need to take advise from us because even if I am going to sign up for a crypto gambling I would prefer the site that do not need KYC verification. Also, I think aside from considering a low minimum deposit by small timer gambling OP should also consider which alts does he wanted to be used in his crypto casino because one of the main concern every crypto user and even gambler today are the fees or transaction fees. There are a lot more things to consider so I think OP may go through a lot before he can be successful to his plan but I am rooting for him.
