They have a live chat on their help page, they are not the only ones with no social media sites other gambling sites prefer not to have one also because of anonymity, as long as the support page and the chat page are active and they are active in addressing all concern  I don't see any issue at all not having a social media account, it will not have a bad impact.
But let's see if they are going to create more social accounts in the future or it's already in their roadmap.
