Is it a good time to BUY DOT???

The price of the coin in the market is in a downward state. Bitcoin is also going down in price and this is a great opportunity to buy coins, not only DOT but any other potential coin. When conditions like this I can mention the right time to buy.
Why do I associate Bitcoin? because almost any coin will have an effect with Bitcoin, whether increasing or decreasing.

I somehow forget about this coin. It's like the new lisk, it's an Ethereum competitor but just doesn't get as much attention.

The parachains will be interesting. I heard Shift is going to be one, we'll see.
