If an account was blocked only once, I would say it could have been a coincidence, but two blockades in such a short time make it a very seriously suspicious situation. They should prove out that it was something a mistake or really have some legit issues on such blockage and not just doing that intentionally or else they would be fucking up their reputation on first time they had launched on here.

since the OP is not the direct owner of this gaming site, hard to get direct answers from the developers of this game. so if the OP wants to continue promoting this site, i believe it is better for him to ask them to create an official account in the forum. otherwise, i don't think complaining here or raising issues would be a productive one as the OP may just be relaying message to them.
