@op, based on your subject, and from my own experience, no time is the right or wrong time to invest in crypto generally, it is your personal responsibility to decide when is right or wrong for you depending on many factors which concerns or relates to you.
A scenario is.... Imagine we are together and both want to buy bitcoin individually, I am rich and had no problem buying bitcoin at its current price of let's say $40,000, but you, on the other hand think that price range is too high, and you decide to wait for the price to come down a little...
So this is to say that, my right time to invest in crypto wasn't your own right time

Put up goals and targets so that it wont really be leaving you with regrets once the market would make out some U-turn as always be that's why you should be wise and be more realistic.

Right time is always been speculative because we don't know on when things do happen that's why skills and experience would be your best teacher on these times which
