Metamask and trustwallet are based on same type of seed phrases; so it seems we can interchangeably load wallets at either one.

It means, if you have created a trust wallet and generated a BSC addy then you can load same seed phrases into metamask and then you can add BSC network into metamask (https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/connecting-metamask-to-binance-smart-chain) (https://medium.com/stakingbits/setting-up-metamask-for-binance-smart-chain-bsc-921d9a2625fd).

I checked with a throw-away wallet. I find same addy on trust wallet and metamask.
Check and confirm yourself before start using.
