Are you guys using Danila miner or the new miner Ton.org listed on their web site?

This: https://github.com/tontechio/pow-miner-gpu/releases/tag/20211230.1
 Huh Huh Huh

lol miner, 4.93 GH/s on my RX 6900 XTs and 4.2 GH/s on my 3080 TIs.  Anyone now why the 6000 series AMD preform so well?

Avoid new versions of lolminer for now. version 1.39 works better.

1.4 has issues, from ~500 shares found shown on the miner in 8 hours, only ~100 showed on the pool.

1.41 has issues too error 1020 is shown whenever a share is found and connection is dropped by the pool.

Again, miner issue due to other miners working fine with the same pool.

The question is why not? Maybe the GPU architecture is better for this algo? Some cards work better on this algo, and other cards work better on other algos, this is normal. I don´t understand this question  Huh

Admitting mistake is something adults people are doing. so that's good.

So, its now time to cut the power out of your 6900xt, tgo to hashrate.no and copy the configuration they use for mining Ton. It will probably save you some watt

Many coins and many things can be confusing, need to research a little deep.

 Huh Huh Huh

I used danila miner when I tested this coin a week or so ago, issue with it is that I could not see if the gpu was dead or not, usually you see if the gpu is dead or not if the electricity for that gpu is still low compared to others while mining, one gpu electricity was around 90w and the other one was 30 watts so that is when you see if is working or not. The miner however will keep mining whether or not the gpu is dead hehe, so reason lolminer was better was because you could individually see the speed a gpu had and other things a normal miner provides, monitoring on danilla miner was terrible, if they fix that then it would be a good miner, not sure if they fixed it. I just tested this for a day or so.

Next question is gate.io is giving a erc20 deposit address.  The wallet doesn’t support that.  Any help?

Miner developers try to get the best hash rate on new video cards first of all. If the coin becomes popular, then the miner will be optimized for old video cards as well. So far, this algorithm gives a good profit on new video cards, and it is not yet clear which video cards will be the best in a month.

I made this mistake too. And we are not the only ones. I see this same thing all over.

Normal Eth Memory settings and stock core and power. 6900 xt getting 60mh eth and 3.7gh on ton dualmining.

However I am facing pool connection issues every now and then.

I’ve used ton-pool-server-p3agi.ondigitalocean.app linked to @WhalesPoolBot on telegram and I’ve found that to work perfectly. I haven’t had any connection issues and reporting of hashtags is steady too.

I don't have a 6900XT video card, but this data is correct. To do this, you need to set up dual mining in lolMiner. There are a lot of setup instructions, I can give you a link to a video instruction in Russian. But everything is clear there.

ETH+TON still popular? Not much discussion about it Smiley

My 3070s (23pcs) worked the first full 24h. - Other rigs still mining only ETH
60-61Mhs for ETH
1-1.1Ghs for TON - so far 6.5 TON mined

Is above reasonable?

It depends on the cost of electricity.
Your NVIDIA RTX 3070 graphics card can mine 60.40 Mh/s+1.5 Gh/s, but you need to increase the core frequency and power limit. Now many miners have turned on the Dual mode, so the profit is falling.
