This are all scam tokens which are randomly distributed to as many addresses as possibly, the day you try to interact with the contract of this tokens is the day your wallet will be hacked, so I did advice you never ever try to sell any of those sketchy tokens.

And as for why grow.fi is showing them, my assumption is, this tokens all have liquidity on pancakeswap, so as to lure unsuspecting victims into trying to sell the tokens, so maybe grow.fi is reading their prices on pancakeswap which is why it's displayed in your portfolio.

I'm usually using Yieldwatch to keep track of my yield results, however, its uptime was average the past few days and resorted to Growing.fi. I noticed that my Net Worth was strange looking, showing more than $500,000 worth of coins, which startled me. Upon further investigation, my wallet appears full of some sketchy looking tokens.

Their website prompts you to connect your wallet, but I'd rather not to, how did these appear? Why are in my wallet, and why is Growing.fi showing them and Yieldwatch isn't?

This could be a scam to steal your wallet's assets. When you make transactions in the blockchain, your wallet address may have been collected by hackers and sent junk tokens in bulk. If you connect your wallet to those sites or swap them on decentralized exchanges, you may lose all your assets. Be very careful in the crypto market, there are many scams

Bad sign. Don't try to swap or do anything with these type of coins. All these tokens are scamed toke
Scammer usually send these type if coins to active address. They might take your address from bounty spreadsheat. When you try to swap they will charge high fee and token swap will be fail.
I recommend you to change the wallet and don't use this one.

Those are spam tokens that were commonly found on BSC and Polygon wallets. I think the reason is that BSC and Polygon have the cheapest TX fees that's why those people who created spam tokens are just done it easily without spending high on transaction fees. Unlike Eth the TX fees are quite high, that's why that problem did not exist on Ethereum Network anymore. But just be careful not to connect your wallet because who knows that they have a shady function that can suck all your balance in an instance.

It's a complete scam, good thing you didn't connect your wallet to these sites, they would empty your whole wallet. It generates these tokens specifically on the bsc network because transactions are cheap. If there are coins in my wallet that I have not purchased or applied for any airdrop, I do not touch them. It is necessary to be careful, scammers always find different methods.

the scammer sending look like similar name coins which one is top ranking coins and most interesting thing is when will show coins value that's why most of the people get confused and go to swap It’s called a dust attacked. Greedy people are more likely to be caught here because they don’t crosscheck before swap.
I did not know that you could get your wallet hacked this way, how do they even do it? I mean I get that if you connect your wallet to some bad place then they would be connected to it, but how do they even give a command to empty your wallet just because you are connected? Thank god that did not happen to me so far because god knows how many places I have connected my wallet to, some of them could easily been a very bad place and I am glad that it wasn't.

Hopefully we will move towards something that is a lot more easier in the future, it is not really difficult to build wallets that would be safe against these type of attacks, people will keep on being victims of this unless wallets find a way to end it.

I'm not quite sure about the wallet connect thingy. I didn't proceed to check it myself to be honest, I'd rather not test it, however, I've read that the main catch happens when you try to swap the fake tokens. The pools often have extremely low liquidity, thus, you're unable to conduct the trade, but your gas fees are deducted normally (which in many instances are high).
