Binance coin is truly among the performing altcoins of the season, but lately, attention has been shifted to more volatile and less stable coins such as meme coins dogecoin and Shiba Inu lead in that direction.

I don't think so because I saw the two meme coins also decreased,

Shiba, Floki and Doge are very speculative but they pump on tweets of Elon Musk. I think it is good idea to invest in these coins a small amount which you can afford to lose and they certainly get pumped once in while which can double or triple your investment. The other coins which I like most for Swing trading are LUNA, SOLANA AND MATIC . These coins have rewarded their Long term Investors with Huge rewards and hope they will continue performing in coming months.

ethereum is not most speculative now , instead this coin is in the edge of losing the rank 2 position anytime soon.

It's definitely metaverse and web 3 coins and that’s just obvious.
Although some projects without any products sometime have value that doesn’t make sense, like being valued billions even when the product was still in pre-alpha, The web 3 and metaverses projects that could always retain its value, meanwhile that's quite different with meme coin could change in value in just matter of seconds or even dead in a few seconds.

If you are looking forward to BNB and Matic, expect less ROI because for the last few months, seems the Matic and BNB season already ended, Matic is the first popular L2 which already started a long time ago, and when the trend started, the price of Matic also went up and don't dump too much, it's like on sideways.

It seems Shiba Inu start racing to chase the better position. I am not sure how high Shiba Inu's price will reach after the drops a few weeks ago. But as new meme coins, Shiba is already listed on many major exchanges so maybe Shiba really can increase more than now. But do not forget, we already saw Ethereum can back to $3,000 while Binance at $435 so I guess this market is trying to recover the situation.

I agree with you that coin memes like shiba inu are not worthy of comparison as the most speculative coin, because the topic created by the OP is for all coins in the crypto market, not just for a class of memecoins or shit coins, are you seeing solana pumping fast a while ago, as well as ethereum and binance, here we must be able to understand the  market conditions so as not to take the wrong decision later.

I think memecoins are always speculative.

This is not only applied to the meme token but whole of market was speculative. Don't you see bitcoin gets another 10% drop again right now? that gives you a clue if meme token is not only the thing that become speculative in this ecosystem.

These coins do not need any reason for their price to rise.

All of crypto can be pumped without any reason and this what we have called that as manipulation. No news, no rumour but pump was happening.

When someone starts investing a little too much, everyone starts investing. And we can see its price soaring very quickly.
A few days ago, the Shiba had ascended like this. Everyone started investing in short time and we see this coin on top of popular price charts again

It's pretty similar like ponzi scheme but this is how it works. More buyers and more tokens getting bought from the liquidity pool and this means the price will surge. Shiba was totally the different case caused by the price can sustain.
