I've had issues with zoomhash, hashmaster, zeus, GAW, and the only company that didn't require me to take matters into my own hands is GAW.  Zeus is a complete joke, they owe me almost $3k in refund but getting them to actually GIVE me the $$$ (or LTC as they offered) is taking forever.  It's been 3 weeks since my order got screwed up by THEM.  Still no $$$.

This industry is messed up, and most vendors operate on their own timeline, combine that with a massive timezone difference and we get big problems.  I can't even get Zeus to email me back after 10am Eastern.

GAW isn't perfect, but they are trying.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=650228.0

zen says GAW puts their pool info on cards--- how much people mine for GAW??? how much GAW mine on your hardware??? sure they give refund, they make a lot of cash and not even keep miners running for you, you all f5 f5 f5 all day to see if hosted miner work or not.

There was a lot of people complaining in this thread but eventually most of them got what they wanted and calmed down. I'd advise you to contact GAW's support before leaving negative feedback here.
Those are just people and people make mistakes, especially when they are sending 100 packages a day.

You are contradicting yourself. The reason some posters in this thread got a resolution was BECAUSE they posted their negative experience here, AFTER getting nowhere with support. I have suggested a while ago for the CEO to troll his own zendesk and kill issues there without waiting for it to spill over onto the big bad interwebs, if he wanted to keep the image clean. Apparently that's not working so well. So yeah, if this thread is what it takes to get the attention, it's serving it's purpose.

I'm glad you agree they make mistakes. I was beginning to think you're just a clueless shill.

My experience with GAW Miners has been anything but pleasant thus far.
I purchased close to $6,000 in hosted Gridseed Blades from them a couple of months ago.

Since I have been using GAW Miners for their hosted Blades that I've purchased, I have to email/call support almost every other day because one my miners goes down and resetting on their miner GUI (hash.gawminers.com) does nothing.
On multiple occasions my hosted blades have been down for a more than 24 hours so I doubt the "free hosting for 1 year" is going to be worth it at this rate vs. hosting it at home.

Each time I contact GAW Miners, I typically don't see a fix for my miners until about 10-24 hours after my miner has gone down.

If I ever plan on using/buying hosted miners again, it will not be with GAW Miners, they have lost me as an ongoing customer.

Just an update to my existing experience:
As of right now, two of my hosted miners (half of my hashing power) have been down for over 4 DAYS and have not been resolved by the hosted support team (I've contacted them on three separate occasions).

i have yet to get my hosted week 3 fury up, heck i dont even have access to the ui.

If you still haven't got the answer I'll forward this to Josh.

As for the post above you, I'm going to ignore the provocation and just say that it's nice to see more calm people and less trolls in the thread. Keep it up guys.

I wonder why GAW bothers to sell outside the US when there are clearly shipping issues when doing so. If I were them I'd put an end to that for future orders.

The demand would still be there in the other countries, so people would order from resellers and the delays and prices would be quite worse.
I received mine in Canada in a week, which is quite good for free international shipping.

and CEO you never contact me so I know your concern is great!

people being honest on hashmaster again, maybe you go be busy moderate away honest questions?

Michael_Fitze makes a lot of sense-- but now hashmaster spinning out of control, must delete and make new forum!

I just took a look at GAW pricing...

Remember the shitstorm after Gridseed prices dropped? How Gridseed were the bad guys and GAW couldn't honor price protection etc. Let's see who gets the blame for Week 5 prices. 25% below Week 4 in some cases.

I was about to place an order but maybe it's good I didn't?

I was wanting to get there hosted option.

The price reduction sucks and I've been questioning the profitability of script mining now.  Is everyone getting ROI?

That's been the pattern since week 1, so it will continue.

I am outside the US and GAW shipped my fury in no time like 36hrs total when dispatched from china

The Zen controller took a couple of days more, I presume it came from the US.

Weeks 1-2-3 were not as steep IIRC. Week 3 to 4 was a big drop and Week 3 got delayed so became Week 4 at 50% higher price. Zeus or Fedex - don't recall which - got blamed for that. If this is going to be a weekly occurrence they need to get creative with excuses.

GAW get senseless praise! read forum, CEO have it out with Gridseed CEO, now they sell Gridseed machines and use Gridseed price strategy.

GAW not change industry, industry change GAW!
