This is a public notice that any assets or companies at http://companies.herokuapp.com that have not filled in their company information (including a private contact email) will have all their assets on GLBSE frozen and their share/asset will no longer be able to be traded until the issue is resolved.

Some companies have already taken the needed steps and added their information.

Not all fields are required (for example, many companies may not have a twitter feed or blog), this is fine, but at the very minimum a private contact email address (that works and is used) must be provided.

Company managers, you have until this Friday.

Any problems contact me.

Nefario.

thinkingBTC, BTCNCS has already filled in their information, so you can check them out on the companies page.

Comapnies that have failed to fill in their information so far:
SIN, Ubitex, Bitponzi,  BitFlow Systems Inc.

These four companies are at risk of having their trading suspended if they don't fill in their information by Friday. I've already sent emails and pm's to the owners, but if anyone else is online and able to talk with them over irc, maybe you could get them to take action. Especially the shareholders.

Any luck contacting these companies, or are they still being delisted today?

SIN sent out a dividend today, so they must be around somewhere?

Nefario, will dividends for assets still be able to be paid out if it is delisted? Since Tawsix pulled the IPO, i'm not sure if he will feel the need to get relisted, unless dividends could no longer be paid out.

Have you had any communication with cuddlefish recently? I understand that he had major computer problems recently and may not been fully operational for a few days yet.

Well there is a state of reprieve.

I've to add the delisting functionality, and Im not going to be adding it to the old server software, new server software isn't going live until Monday.

So we'll be waiting until Monday before the delisting happens, if at all.

Also Monday will bring account to account bitcoin transfer and upped security levels.

delist? delist! delist:)

How would you even find this thread? ;p

I think we should delist Tygrr for misrepresenting a Goat that is mascarading as an elephant!  Shocked

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.
