NEAR yes, Cosmos, I'm not so sure. I would rather invest in ICP and Polygon than Cosmos. Cosmos has some pretty good tech but I don't think it's gaining enough adoption.

I don't know about Vulcan Forged though because they want you to download almost 7 GB of data on your computer to use it and there is a complicated setup. Plus you have to own some NFT assets to enter the metaverse. The barrier to entry is too high. Metaverses should be hosted on blockchains like the internet computer, not on your personal device.

In addition to being patient in waiting for the market to recover, it's also good for now to look at some old, proven good cryptocurrencies such as ETH, BNB and Solana to buy at prices that still tend to be cheap before they rise again in the market.
