Being a noob is not an excuse to think like that. They don't have much experience but they can always do a research (look for the history of btc and read the forum for more information) by that they will realized that it was not easy for btc to increase at all times but sometimes it needs to struggle first before he can reach a certain level again.

We have a saying that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" this is a perfect example for btc because the price of btc can decline but it doesn't mean that till die but that will only make him stronger because more people are going to invest the more the price falls. I agree on that best time to buy bitcoin is today because there will be a possibility that bitcoin will rise soon, i am now waiting for the another update on twitter by elon musk and i will do buy the dip if the price of btc continue to fall down to 30k$. It's very unpredictable, we might think that we have already seen the dip but it's also possible that the price will dump more.
