如果仅仅是山寨比特币，圈钱，我不会来丢人。所谓第二代，首先解决计算挖矿脱离社会的问题。挖矿行为从计算变为信息服务。第二，解决了比特币脱离市场，需要市场慢慢接受的现状，从币诞生就进入市场。第三，基于上述两点，挖矿不再是纯it圈内事，而是社会商业行为。

现在的现状：信息平台已经完成，山寨币是开源的，商业模式是典型的DAC分布式自洽的，本人从商多年，市场团队是现成的，资金不敢烧但是感谢DAC自融资理念。

现在需要有能力将平台和币整合起来的高手共同研发。

条件无非现金或入股，您选。我可以保证这个项目比山寨任何现成模式风险更小，因为互联网永远没有第二的活路！！所以入股可能更接近成功！资金我已经投入了，等您来并肩上阵！

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.
