There are many people like that, personally I think the same as you, buying bitcoin when it is cheap is the perfect moment to do it, however most people do not do this as they are afraid the price could go down even more or think of catching the bottom, as if that was actually possible.

The rest just want get some fast profits and as such they are not interested at all in investing in bitcoin when its price is down, and instead want to do it when the price is raising and everyone is buying as well as they feel that since so many people are doing the same then not everyone can be wrong, but in fact they are wrong as only a minority of traders make money, so following the majority is a bad choice in any market.

Many people saying that bitcoin will fall to 30k but its looking Highly unlikely.  It might, emphasis on might, break below 40 to 37 but I think that'd be the bottom just based on how much institutional money is involved and how much BTC is moving off exchanges.  It's been holding 42 pretty solidly with a couple tests of 40.  I'll be surprised if it breaks below 40 and extremely surprised if it somehow breaks below 37.
