The previous crash on 2017-2018 from $19K to $4K it's -78%, while the newest ATH right now were $69K if it's -78% too it will be $16K (assumption the lowest Bitcoin price this year). Even staying on $40K isn't really good because IMO the strong resistance should around $50K, it's not adviceable to trade/invest large sum right now... except you're  using DCA strategy.

Well you don't need to talk to them to buy, and it's better that the market will not be 'pumping' artificially. If some whales decided to buy in bunch again so that's good. But the price movers here is the retail investors who at this time is reluctant to enter the market, maybe they are afraid or just waiting for the right time to re-invest again. You're urging what? Lmao There's no "right" or "wrong" place for a market to be, it is and always will be the market, that's it. Whether it goes up or down, isn't necessarily up to a single entity or group, nor would begging for them to push it up would actually push it up. Wherever BTC price goes, most of the altcoins would follow (with the exception of altcoins). January has always been a bad month for Cryptocurrencies.  The year after every halving has been known to be a bad one for Cryptocurrencies.  I surely expected this month and year to be bad as well.  And when you have low expectations, good things may come.

The crypto market usually is green in February or second quarter from April to May. This year, so far we have a red January and it can be a preparation of whales, market makers for greener months.

Someone above said about a truth, Altcoins follow Bitcoin. Most of altcoins are not able to rise if Bitcoin is bleeding. Some of them (a few) have inverse rises compare to Bitcoin and general market but are you able to get on those rides? The bitcoin again now are trying to make a retest to its coin which is might be another chance of attempting with the price of the 100k USD at the end of the year still we are heading towards to make an earning and profit on this run. To be honest I’m having a really hard time trying to understand what you’re trying to convey. Yes sure the price of bitcoin and other altcoins are down but that’s how markets work. I think it’s too easy for people to forget that we are still very early on when it comes to bitcoins progression. It’s gonna to be this way for some years so it’s to be expected.

The market was down for the last many days but today we see some buying in the market and bitcoin managed to reach 43,800$. After the dip to 39,500$, it seems that bulls want to push the market higher and we are not going below this point. If bitcoin manages to stay above $42 - 43K and closes the day above this level, then we are most probably heading towards 48,000$ resistance level.
