They have been running the casino business for more than 4 years and there has been no significant development at all. They should have tried their best to be able to develop and become a popular gambling platform, but 4 years is not a long time but it is very unfortunate that 4 years have passed. OP your request is not a bad idea neither is it a big deal but do you not think engaging members to give you a review of a casino might be partially fair, some might give you a bad review based on their  ill perspective on market competition with this casino portraying their image in wrong view while some will give you a honest review about them based on their experience with the casino but however, it would be nice you you run the site yourself, playing and betting to get more insight about the casino all around so as to get more clues about them and on what to write while making a review about them.
