Here is a new one guys.... What an ordeal I just went through support. They will tell you that a second yellow card shown to the same player resulting in a red, won't count towards the "yellow card" total. What a weirdly worded rule and way to absolute screw bettors left and right. I was originally told that this yellow card shown in injury time to push me to a win "didn't count" and that it appeared in "extra time". After explaining the nuances of stoppage time to the support member, they were still telling me that no, it happened in "extra time" and did not count. After relenting, they told me to hang on, and then came up with this BS rule that the second yellow card shown, not a straight red, but the second yellow shown to a player, doesn't count as a yellow card. The final stats in the given match read Team A Yellow Cards 2 - Team B Yellow Card 3. And my bet of over 4.5 yellow cards was graded a loss.

All this to see, stay very very far away. Who knows what other horrible rules lurk and what kind of discussion youll need to go through in the support chat. To be told one thing, it was horribly wrong, and then they re-correct to this bizarre yellow card non-sense.... ridiculous. Thankfully it was only a small win, but this book is not to be trusted.

I have come across two ways for bookmakers to calculate yellow cards:
- 3 cards - 1 for the first yellow card and 2 for the red card (the second yellow card is omitted)
- 2 cards - 1 for the first yellow and 1 for the second yellow (red card is omitted)
Anyway, if a player gets a second yellow card, it should be counted as a minimum of two cards.

Are you saying that in this case only 1 red card was counted, or it was 2 yellow cards?

I read a lot of complaints about Betnomi a long time ago. After that, these complaints seemed to have resolved or disappeared. Haven't seen or heard anything negative since. Hopefully this will be resolved by Betnomi soon. It's a pity that Betnomi's Op isn't really active on the forum anymore. They were very active a while ago and also had a signature campaign.

if it only happened once then you can't judge them to be unreliable, did you get paid or not? because maybe the support may have got confused

That's why this whole situation just stinks. The initial support chat focused on the card being in "extra time" when clearly it was given in regulation because the game did not need extra time as there was a result. I was then told they'd get back to me, and waited. I then received an answer in support and in the general chat that the second yellow doesnt count as a yellow and is a red. What an absolute dreadful experience for a match I watched the ref put up 5 yellow cards, and obviously thought over 4.5 yellow was a winner, as did the Boxscore of the match. This is an awful rule I have never heard on any other book, and it is not clearly explained anywhere. Oh well..just want others to be aware.

Appreciate it, but I dont expect anything from them. Was a headbutting time talking to support on such a seemingly easy grading, and if they have this weird way, it should be defined "TOTAL YELLOW CARDS CUMULATIVE IN MATCH DOES NOT COUNT THE SECOND YELLOW CARD".... Still, makes little sense when reading it even lol Referee clearly puts up a yellow, which results in expulsion and a red... it is not just a straight red card, but it can give you a headache thinking about this, and then, they tried to play off a yellow in stoppage time was "extra time" and shouldn't count... very bizarre

It looks like the Betnomi statement has all been cleared up. The point is, the explanation is quite strange. At least I have never experienced such a interpretation of yellow and red cards during futball match at any bookmaker.

It was a bizarre one for sure. Been playing on sportsbook for about 20 years now, most of the big boys and all the crypto books, never ever seen anything like this. Unfortunately they support seems very limited and this agent appeared to be one of the main people, as he was chatting in the chat with regulars and was the second agent I spoke to after the first one couldn’t seem to answer.

Most sportsbook when they are wrong or there is some confusion will grade it or offer the bet winnings in goodwill, but this was just a confusion, and complete shut down. Spent a couple hours on chat and I gave up reasoning. That is why I am here to warn people. I’d be happy for them to show up and rectify this, their rule simply makes no sense to the football bettor.

I have contacted the owner of Betnomi and he is taking a look at the situation. There will be a response soon from him. From reading through the sites rules A double yellow card leading to a player's removal is considered a red card.

At first, I also couldn't understand why only one yellow card was counted. If we bet on the number of cards, regardless of color, then it is calculated differently. If someone bets only the number of yellow cards, it is understandable.

And I must say that I am also impressed with how the management of Betnomi handled this, with the goal of preserving a good relationship with their player, through admitting their shortcomings in this matter and also compensating OP for what has happened. I do not see anything wrong with this, it is true that it seemed to be some kind of confusion but it is better to alert the community as soon as possible about any issues that you may have, after all this problematic was resolved relatively quickly but we have seen a lot of other casinos taking way more time than this to resolve the situation and the players cannot do anything but to wait and see if their case is ever resolved, also it is nice to see the OP taking the time to post that everything was solved, as many people that come to complain to the forum about something that happened to them never update us about what ended up happening with their problem.
