Well there is someone in Group that tries to promote tezos now  I don't know what would be the reason why this will go pumping sooner , and being advantage this current situation .

Also, devs can attach invoices to upgrades to get paid via inflation funding for a their work if approved, which means Tezos can sustain itself forever regardless of treasury funds.

If all follows btc then that will be easy to predict. When btc goes up first, that's a sign that altcoins will follow so you should be buying lots of it only if you want to make profits. While when btc goes down, you should sell or if you want you can continue hodling because alts will soon dumped.
