Keep in mind that even when you delete posts from the forum they are still available on the "archive" service posted above.
You can write a message in the profile page that you don't control the account so everyone who check your profile can read it, I'm sure not many will read this thread.

Impersonating attemp can be prevented by the way you have to create a channel with the name of the account you used previously. You can write channel description with any warning and link to your new telegram username.

I was going to the same thing. Everyone not going to check the reputation board. Even if they do, You cannot say that they will see this thread. But, You can keep this thread as a document for the future and you had announced that if you face any issues in near future. But, For now. You should write a message on your profile. If anyone wants to contact you from the forum, They will visit your forum profile. So, It's better to write down a note on your profile. You can change it after a few weeks or months.
