If you have good CVs, you can apply there and take jobs. However, their requirements are high enough so good CV is mandatory in my opinion. If you don't have good CV, you can start on the forum.

You might want to pay a little attention to this, as the forum is practically stratified to avoid ambiguity or a clouded platform. The service board is the most appropriate place to advertise your skills and sell your craftsmanship. You can find that in the economy board. Perhaps even display some of your precious works and you would be easily found or noticed. Again, there are article writing campaigns you could try out If you so please. If your really good, your sure to get hired occasionally.

If your website get traffic, you can place ads on your site and earn passive income. Google ads are the most common way to earn income from a blog or website. There are also many other ads network which are easy to enroll with less traffic but gives low payments.

If you are patient and can wait a few weeks or months you can try writing articles for projects in the altcoin bounty section while looking for projects that can pay you on a daily and weekly basis but since you posted your service here why not post your rate like how much per 500 or 1000 words, Fiverr is another good source of jobs for writers why not try this two options.

I think that's not what OP was looking for, OP wants an upfront payment not a weekly or monthly like bounty hunters, they pay their fancy token and you should wait further a few months before you will have earned through your work and if you aren't lucky enough, it might you will get scam.

Regarding the rate it was stated on the OP service thread linked above, I think you didn't check it.

There are too many hungry freelancers on Upwork who write niche blogs and I think the competition there was so hot and I think you can't easily get a good project there.  I think you need patience and hard work to build a good portfolio of your work that has good content to attract investors and have good traffic, maybe you have to learn what @NotATether said above.

Have you booked or tried Fiverr it's a freelance site and a very popular one and it's very competitive but once you made your marked here you will get a flow of clients but unfortunately they only accept Paypal if it's ok for you to accept Paypal then go for Fiverr while looking for a job here that pays Cryptocurrency.

Or if you are not interested in paying coins, service might be a good place for you to promote yourself, as suggested by: @BitMaxz, but there you have to compete with other members, who are employed in the service, experienced and trusted members in the article field.

The job I mentioned at the beginning, there you don't have to compete, apply, create articles, wait for payment in tokens, look for a project that is managed by a good reputation manager there, so you don't work in a scam project.

Yeah, he can sharpen his skills there so that his skills wont rust while he was waiting for his clients on other freelancing sites. The good part of it is that he can also get paid because not all bounties are scam. Aside from stable coins he can choose coins that are already listed on exchanges before he starts the task so that he can assure that he can sell the tokens right after he gets them or if ever he needs money.

There are lots of places which you could really offer your service as long you do have the skills but there are ones which doesnt really need that much of specialty specially when you are dealing with

bounties or signature campaign stuffs and it would be much better if you do hone up your skills on where you are better the most.You could really find out lots of opportunities but would still

depending on what kind of skills you do have.The more it is on demand the more money you could really able to get in but expect that getting a spot wouldnt be a simple thing

Bounties and signature campaigns are the most common stuff here and it needs certain ranks before they can earn decent pay outs on btc paying campaigns, also it needs huge luck to earn money on bounty campaign since mostly what we see here are not paying ones.

Better to enhance our skills and don't rely here since there are more opportunity outside since most of project owners are now outsourcing workers on social media platforms and freelance websites.
