If I must say the reason is no far from their current situation, check most of those coins that get a sharp pump drastically dropped few hours after the boom, if you talk about more stable coin movement then we can be sure of some little stability in their price growth and moving inline with other coins such as bitcoin so as the general cryptocurrency market make sharp market uptrend movement so will other altcoins who have usercase will increase.
-But any coin that have it's own parallel market pump will drop as sharp as the team cash out their gains.

Yes, aptos made a lot of noise because it rose so much when the rest of the market was falling. But that is easily explained. Most of the coins are held by a small number of people, and there is not much supply on the market. So once the holders sell their coins, the price will be the same as the rest.

This is crazy, I started to become curious about this altcoin during its $12 all-time high, and now its trading already above $13. I decided not to enter this altcoin anymore as it's very risky to buy at the peak.

I thought all altcoins were useless trash and not useful in this world. Well maybe except for some coins like ETH or XMR. Many people call Aptos the new Solana, but sol turned out to be just as worthless as old projects like EOS. So the point of altcoins is to hype and pump. I think the fate of Aptos will be exactly the same as that of many other shitcoins.

I think the one's that can pump are mostly new coin because their hype is still there and people are always excited when they see a new crypto because they also got bored a little from the usual old coins. Only time will tell. But with altcoins it is about risk/reward, if Aptos is going to be in the top 10 the quality ecosystem projects will gain a LOT of traction.

Pump and dump are basic features of most altcoins, and if you want to be on the safe side with altcoins then you should avoid coins that have dumped 80-90% of their price before, no matter the level of the price pump during a bear market because that is a clear set up by the teams to dump furthermore and causing more loses for investors and in no time, those coins will totally go off the market, what we should watch out for in altcoins are.
*the level of it usercase what are the real world utility of those coins.
*what are their market value and what exchanges their are traded in?
*What are their track record how is the level of their volatility how many time the price has dropped significantly above 40% and what is the level of their market recoveries?
*who is the team behind the project?
This and many more are factors to consider before choosing a potential coin to invest in.

Yeah that shit got hyped due to the aptos. Aptos coin is now facing another correction. it seems like that aptos launch is stable at this moment. Can this to up even further? this token is worthy enough to bet for the pump. The hype was coming from aptos.
I think that if aptos didn't get a big pump like that and I'm sure if any coins in ecossytem will not even follow it. Aptos is a key but so many supply is still locked. i expect a huge dump once more supply will be unlocked.

It may seem odd but all kind of coins can pump, even scam coins, Terra Luna a known scam coin touched its all time low during May of last year and since then it has experimented a growth of 16x while maintaining a decent volume, so as you can see even scams coins can pump, I know that for someone like me and probably for you this does not make sense at all but the facts are the facts, speculators will trade any coin regardless of their legitimacy as long as they can make some profits with it.

The top ecosystem projects like AptosLaunch are not necessarily dumping when Aptos dumps. They have very small market caps.
