Hallo Leut,
Vielleicht ein Hanfgeschäft eröffnen, das von einer Hanf-DAO finanziert wird, wobei 35% des Umsatzes aus dem Geschäft zurück in die DAO geht! Aber was ist mit den Dokumenten und Papieren, hat jemand irgendwelche Informationen darüber, was es braucht, um ein Geschäft zu eröffnen, wenn es kommt?

Dazu gibt es leider noch keine Antwort, da es noch kein Lizenzierungsverfahren gibt. Die Frage kann man erst beantworten, wenn der Gesetzentwurf steht. Das kann noch dauern.

Mittlerweile gibt es ja viele CBD Shops und Shops wo alles was im Bezug auf Cannabis legal ist verkauft wird. Am besten eröffnet man so einen Shop um einen Kundenstamm zu etablieren und später nimmt man Hanf ins Sortiment wenn es denn mal erlaubt wird. Vielleicht hat ja hier jemand news dazu.
