Thank you!

I quoted the bet so that the rules can't be changed later. On a side note, why does a goat have an avatar of an elephant and associates with a panda? Is there a convention coming up we're not aware of?

I bet that this bet has something to do with this thread and of who and what is posted within. How close am I? Also, how much is the bet and can others join--for a price?

 Hiya and thanks.

This was the final details of our bet; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=48863.msg612646#msg612646

Did you and P4man have similar terms? I did not look through all the back and forth for them.

   Cheers

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

  That's up to Goat.

I can't stand gambling, believe it or not, and only offered to do this in hopes it would help to calm our buddy goat down a bit. ;p  I think we made a decent Gentlemanly bet and this is ok with me. Even if I may likely lose it due to BFL engineers quoting 19.8w to the marketing side and them not accounting for it being a 2 chip board. hehe

  Cheers

So ya'll let me know who you guys agree is the winner and where to send how many coins!

If you're searching these lines for a point, you've probably missed it.  There was never anything there in the first place.

Just to make sure terms are clear again as I linked to earlier here; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=48863.msg612646#msg612646

Can you define what you mean by "defaulted" in this context?  My understanding that the bet is won for negative proof if the device fails to live up to the hashrate OR power consumption within 25% of margin OR 2 months and 8 days elapse without a workable unit.  The bet is won for positive proof if and only if the device performs within 25% of it's advertised hashrate AND power consumption, on the low side.  If it out performs there is no upper bound and the bet is considered won for positive proof.

Negative proof win is for Goat
Positive proof win is for Sadpandatech

Is this correct?

Yes, this is correct.  I had intended for 'default' to mean if we still had nothing to test at stated end time. But, that would not be fair to the other better. So, in hindsight I agree to the terms as amended by you.

  cheers

So is the consensus that Goat won both bets?
