I am not sure how I didn't see this topic before. Great job at reviewing all those brands. I am surprised to see Windscribe on the list of recommended providers. That's because they have free accounts with a decent number of servers to pick from. They were also giving away promotional accounts with 50 GB of traffic a few years ago. If it's free, you are the product, but looks like that's not always the case.

Thank you very much for this comprehensive list but unfortunately I don't see any price on the page. Do you plan to add some of them soon?
That might be because prices can change from time to time. If OP added prices, he would need to check and correct them to ensure the information is correct. Imagine seeing plenty of messages saying: Hi, your price is wrong for X, or can you correct the subscription fee for Y, etc.
You are using Windscribe? I have read they are offering private "white listed" adresses for only $25 dollar a year, it's true?
Does anyone know another VPN provider offering this feature by chance?
For the prices OP could check them one or two times a year and leave the date of the last checking in the topic.

AFAICS, the only thing that matches the above description is their "shared" data center static IP, so I'm going to assume you were referring to a dedicated IP [NordVPN has this kind of feature and it works flawlessly on windows but for some reason, I can't get it to work on Android (I had no luck with switching the protocols)].

The Static IP Datacenter package costs $24 per year and that's the only one that's close to the price you mentioned. You can check SFR10's link to see the features of that particular package. As they describe on the site, those IPs are not dedicated. They don't want to assign dedicated IPs and prefer shared ones to ensure a slight boost in privacy because multiple people will be assigned to the same IP.

If you're looking for a static IP, why not get a VPS and setup your own VPN with OpenVPN?
This one for instance costs $13.89 per year and allows 2500 GB bandwidth per month (note that it counts both ways when used as a VPN). I choose this provider until recently I used it for sharing large amounts of data and sent a few TB per month without problems.

It's a very interesting tip with a very attractive price thank you for sharing it. Unfortunately as I understand locations available are only in Netherlands and USA.
I don't understand why so many VPNs are mainly focused on US. It allows you to access american restricted content but most of services elsewhere geo-block american IPs.

That's correct, although there are many VPS providers that offer different countries. Some are more expensive than others though (even from the same provider).
And that's one of the perks from a commercial VPN: they offer many countries to choose from, without much hassle.

If I have to guess: it's a large market, and servers are cheap there.

I've also used and tested a $4 per year VPS as VPN. It's IPv6 only (because dedicated IPv4 is more expensive than the entire VPS), and worked fine too. But it wasn't worth the hassle to keep using it, so I got rid of it.

$4 per year, that's a crazy price. Where do you find all those juicy offers? There is a thread dedicated to VPS services as this one, here? VPS IPs are usually shared by rather few people, or you're likely to be flagged as VPN/shared IP by the services you will use with it?

Lowendtalk.com. The $4 offer is still available (don't take $2/year: in my experience 128 GB RAM isn't enough to run OpenVPN).
Note that these very cheap ones are only meant for people who know what they're buying Tongue You get no support.

I've seen several offers on the Services board, but no thread dedicated to different suppliers. I've seen very good and very bad budget hosts.

Usually, each VPS has their own IP. The very cheap ones use NAT, in which you share the IPv4 IP and get your own IPv6 IPs. A shared IP has benefits for a VPN: any website you visit can't build a profile based on just the IP. But it's also likely to be abused more, which will lead to more difficult captchas.

Not sure why you've moved ProtonVPN to the "Temporary unavailable" section, but I just checked and the Bitcoin option is still there for the free account holders who are looking to upgrade... Any sign that they might drop this option [couldn't find anything in their subreddit and Twitter feed]?

Right, they accept btc when you hold an account. They do not accept btc from new users.
