Just tired to add a trade (FRC/BTC) on BTER but got the following error: "Failed, the reason is FRC-BTC trade is disabled".

I then tried to withdraw my FRC to another exchange and it says "FRC withdrawal is disabled".

So I tried to withdraw my BTC and the site will no longer load for me, I get what looks like a page from their hosting provider in its place.

In light of the recent domino effect of exchanges collapsing can anyone spread any light on what's happening? Were there any announcements about the site being due to go down for maintenance perhaps?

Ok, the site is back but does seem to go down intermittently.

When I try to withdraw either BTC or NXT I get the following error message: "Invalid fund password".

I'm positive I have entered the correct fund password as I've been withdrawing all week from there. So suspect something else is up.

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/21jv4r/heres_what_is_going_on_in_china/

The whole environment for Bitcoin businesses just got much hotter in CHina in the last few days (again). Is bter.com incorporated in China and are they in danger of being seized by the government?
