I'm thinking about the design and icons for the tabs which I've seen somewhere and yeah, it's really like sportsbet. I hope that @OP will have his answer on how they've ended up with the design or are they aware that there's already an existing design the same as theirs.

While many people have pointed out that your site looks similar to Sportsbet.io, I personally don't consider it a disadvantage (unless you have illegally copied their design), since many of the casinos and betting platforms I have used share a similar design,

Couldnt really blame out to those people who do have that impression on being that similar with Sportsbet.io on which if you do  try to look out those icons then it is almost identical on most aspects

If there are many and often to copy, do they try to make the copyright?. Of course, when they did, it does not just get income from the casino but will get often income from copyright also.

Copyright is very important and if a new site can copy another reputable casino features and style but with the right copyright ©️ signed then not only the users will have confidence in the site but will allow for proper revenue sharing where the original content owner will not feel cheated. In reviewing both websites again, and in more detail, it appears that this is not plagiarism or intellectual property infringement, but rather, MysticBets is probably just modeled after other sportsbook platforms (I'm sure I've seen a similar design somewhere else, not only at sportsbet.io). In the screenshots posted by notblox1, you will notice that the icons, although similar in style, are not the same. This indicates they probably had their own designer who designed their website, and he was probably inspired by other similar websites.

They're just starting and if there's no live support yet, maybe they've already it on their plan that they'll add a live support soon.
But as of the moment, they've left a contact where their customers should send their concerns through email. And that's the traditional support method but as usual, live support's help is always the best and real time.

Maybe you're right, I haven't explored that segment in detail yet. My comment is just about their website design. Without getting into their business decisions, it is possible that they are trying to ride the NFT hype train. In my humble opinion, I think there is a lot of merit in focusing on organic growth and finding new ways to keep customers engaged. Whether the NFTs will help them with that, I'm not sure. I wouldn't get too excited about this, but I guess time will tell.

My feeling is that maybe they want to create an NFT marketplace like OpenSea but getting there requires a lot of preparation and it's not going to happen anytime soon. They should prepare the gambling site first and focus on working on it while preparing the site for the NFT so that later they can do both. Yes they need to improve the site and do updates especially in the FAQ section and others. It could be that they are currently working on it and are so busy that they can't come back here yet.

But this token has not been listed on any exchange (at list any reputed exchange) I think as I could not see the value it on explorer. Just see this, may I ask what they plagiarized? I'm not familiar with original sportsbet website. Do they also plagiarized other things like ToS or something? if it is about design I see some similarities at current sportsbet but I don't think using reputable gambling site as a reference is not that bad but I think originality too is way more better since it's a branding.

Maybe they have nothing to explain or they are not interested in explaining. So there is enough evidence that gamblers should be wary of this website unless the team makes a credible explanation. And if they haven't copied anything, then they shouldn't be silent, of course there could be different motives. Maybe all of this will end up being a scam.

The OP is not very active on this thread anyway. So it is really not a smart move if you will send you hard-earned money to a new bookie. There are so many reputable and active bookies that you can find in this forum alone. If the OP or any mysticbets representative will not come back here, one should really not play on this seemingly cloned site. No response from the owner/rep, and no other activities, this site is just a waste of resources as they set-up and just leave.

Too bad that the site is good too but it bring a vibe that made you think that it's a clone of other site but different owner. It seems a complete waste of resources to make such site. I would agree on that. And since we are ware of the fact that it is challenging and would really take time to finish setting up everything, to have an established goals and plans to achieve them for the site, then we should give them the benefit of the doubt instead of jumping into conclusions right away like being a scam or something.

Therefore, if they really want to develop their site, they need to work harder than the others because it is 2 different projects. Just managing a gambling site requires a lot of effort, let alone to develop it to be bigger. And they also want to do something related to NFT and it will take up a lot of their time to do it and it will require a lot of people to manage it. But hopefully, they can do well so that both sites can run well and most importantly, they or their team can come back here to explain more.

I think the only reason is to make money, but i don`t sure that they are planned for promotion of bookie and increasing the site quality. There is no any information about their plans, you are right. They are trying to copy the good site in a hope that they can also gain the trust of the gamblers easily, I really see sportbet on their site and no wonder why. If they are not responding anymore then we are right, they plagiarize the details and we should avoid this site at all cost, i’d rather not to try at all.

The site is good simply because they copy the other platform, so I think better to answer this issue first before trying to play because its too risky. They can’t just post here and promote their site without answering all our questions, they should answer it if they are really a good site.
