This user Police Indo is make me curious, he was inactive around 1 year+ since there's a long gap between his first and second post. BPIP recorded he woke up twice on 8/10/2021 10:17:47 AM and 2/13/2022 6:18:55 AM. I'm not really sure why he woke up on 2021, maybe he want to check his account got banned or not, while the second woke up after around 5 minutes he wrote an application for a campaign. And he never log in again after he submitted the application.

Your bitcointalk profile link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=801831;sa=summary
Your live posts count (including this one): 649
Your bitcoin wallet address: bc1qhlhvyk3npz32e8gm32kr25aeklswl65uynjzpm
Your bsc wallet address: 0x05e0d460f9d16B7436a7d9F829D9f0C0eb546FC4

I think the purpose of the second woke up, he only want to apply for signature campaign and if he's not get accepted he will inactive until he saw there's an another campaign with large quota opened again. I'm not against to any users joining this forum only looking for money, it's up to you. But this case is different, I don't find any his alt using search engine (sorry if I'm wrong) but from his behavior, it's high likely a farm account and shouldn't be accepted in any campaign (hopefully the campaign doesn't accept him).

Now look with the previous application where the manager accept him, he was able to create posts for campaign requirement, after that he will inactive. There's also 14 days gap between before he submitted the applications [1] [2]

The questions is:
1. Why he logged in after many months just for applying a campaign?
2. Why he never came back if he not got accepted?
3. Why he only came back if he got accepted?
I suspect he have many high accounts participated in several campaign, so he doesn't have times to use his non campaign accounts.

What you provided here is not even worth of opening this thread, let alone tagging someone for something like this. As you aid it yourself, you have nothing against someone joining this forum for the sole purpose of making the money and he is probably doing exactly that.

So try a little bit harder, check the addresses he used (I suggest using https://ninjastic.space/ to check that) and if you find some connections than you can say that its "high likely a farm account", as you claimed. But even that is not worth of a tag unless he abused the rule somehow, either via merit shared, or joining same campaign with more alts.

Do you need to log in the forum to read the forum post? No.
You are trying to create a point but you have no single proof other than some facts which can/can't be true. What if they are only reading the forum?
Apart from that, I really don't see why anyone would be interested to check out whether he is a farmed account or not because even if they are, did they make something wrong kinda abuse etc? If no, why are you bothering even?

The reason is easy, because not all members are here to stay in the forum, minus any monetary benefits. While some may contribute in the forum with or without a signature. Some are just here for bounties, airdrops and signature campaigns. Without those three, they sign out.

There is no strong evidence suggesting that the account was farmed. People can log in and log out at any time  Wink

TLDR; / Conclusion

Police Indo and jurgen444 use the same Telegram.  They are alts.

Dragon15, anodin mifta, jurgen444 and hokyman use the same ERC-20 wallet address.  They are alts.

jurgen444 and hokyman were created within 90 minutes of each-other.  This ties Police Indo and jurgen444 to Dragon15, anodin mifta, jurgen444 and hokyman

hokyman is banned.   The rest are guilty of ban evasion.

OP see Miscellaneous: at end of post.

Okay.  That's where you should have hit the pause button.

This is the "second post":

Had you actually done any research, you would have found that Telegram profile has been used before:

Farmed?  Probably not.

Alts?  Definitely.

Miscellaneous:

The OP Apocollapse's summation that Police Indo is a farmed account is flawed - so far without digging too much it's actually the first UID created by what looks to be the one user creating alts to claim multiple from the same bounties they sign up to.

Yeah I know that, but my point about this thread is not about Police Indo, but any accounts with a same behavior. I just think it's odds someone can know he got accepted or not while he doesn't logged with his account.

Do you need to log in the forum to read the forum post? No.
You are trying to create a point but you have no single proof other than some facts which can/can't be true. What if they are only reading the forum?

What about you? Are you read the forum post without log in while you have an account? Personally I always log into my account first because there's some advantages e.g. the brightness, knowing the opened/new thread etc.
Do you mean we can using multiple accounts in order to earn money as long as we didn't abusing the rules e.g. join with multiple accounts?

-snip-
Thanks for the full investigations.

Having several alternative accounts is not prohibited, as long as they do not violate the rules of the paying companies themselves. I will say more, some bounty managers do not have a direct indication that alternative accounts are prohibited. Thus, it admits the rule that if there is no prohibition, then there is permission.
What to say about reading the forum without logging into your account, is also possible. Why not?
I have one account on the forum, and if I want to read the forum from my mobile phone, I do not log into the account from many devices.

I understand, but when you see some account that has suspicious behavior (at least from your POV), best thing that you can do is to dig a little bit deeper like @Timelord2067 did as more often than not you will find some kind of forum rules abuse, as we have seen from this case.

What about you? Are you read the forum post without log in while you have an account? Personally I always log into my account first because there's some advantages e.g. the brightness, knowing the opened/new thread etc.
Yeah why not, if I am not on the device/connection that I think is safe enough ill rather just stay logged out. Prior to registering here I was just passively reading for a couple of months so I am not stranger to lurking around.
