Multiple posts are probably missing because they were deleted by moderators. Many new companies coming here for promotion simply don't know (or completely ignore) the "ONE thread per site" rule.

I have mentioned this concern before also on this thread of the very causal and irresponsible behavior from some of the new companies trying to promote their casino on the site. If they are not active, do not respond to user's query and do not have a presentable ANN thread, then it will only give bad impression for the site and they will lose a big gambling audience which is present on this forum.
These days, no online business is a success without a proper dedicated promotion and marketing.

I don`t know why he does not answer questions about problems and his plans, may be he can`t find the thread, or lost password. Why took you 2 weeks before posting here? the first 48 hours without any response from the Support and emails must be alarming because that does not comply with the legitimacy of gambling site.

250 Euros is decent amount for a small time gambler so you must have pushed this from the beginning .

But the bad thing here is that the representative of this site seemingly not active for weeks, timing when your funds does not being sent  in withdraws.

two weeks is a quite a long time to wait and you are right that mate that within 24 hours without any email or response from their support is better to start contacting or make a way on how to solve the isues. Cause their are many ways to solve this if the casino or sites are good and not a scam sites but if this takes a months hmmp I think the casino or sites has a problem.

That is what I am talking about and in my post because in gambling actually in my position ? i will never take the confidence once my funds not coming even in couple of hours delay specially when I am playing in casino that i am playing for long because for sure there will be a problem and support must answer me commonly .

If you have enough proof of your accusation, maybe it's better to create a scam accusation against the site.

How long have you been using this gambling site as i think this is fairly a new gambling site. How much money have you withdrawn before and do you have visual proof that you really withdraw 500€. I am asking this because it's hard to trust a newbie claiming a scam accusation against a site without full proof. At the same time, I also do not endorse the credibility of the 1win site as that site is also new and there is not much support on this thread.

Normally I would say he shouldn't hurry on creating a scam accusation thread however the OP haven't been active since "February 14, 2022, 07:52:05 PM", may he will see the thread soon and respond but the chances look pretty slim at the moment. So I think he should create the thread right away. I hate slow customer services. Big negative for the casino.

i think you should mention the name or provide the link of that so called sports betting + casino platform so that everyone can check if it is still reliable to use that site or not ,because indeed as you said you've been using that site for long time,so it mean you have successful transaction in it before you face that problem..

a good option is also to send your accusation to their support so they could be aware, and probably it can speed up an intervention or at least a public reply.

It's a shame that this site has built up a bad reputation while they aren't very active on the forum yet. It would be good if there was a 1win representative who would clarify some issues and solve the existing problems with the site. Site looks good with layout, but that is nothing wort if there are problem with existing customers.

Firstly it seemed that the OP wants to create a good gambling site and promote it. But i didn`t see any promotion and the OP wrote here hardly ever. So it is possible scam but the same time it is possible that he just doesn`t see this problem. And the OP is bad enough with this forum, so i don`t know how you can get feedback from him.

A Google search produces many questionable sites related to this service. In Russian locale I tried to ask questions to user 1win about his service, but he was silent. His way of promotion on this forum is too obscure and strange, reminiscent of all sorts of scams that never interact with the community. In the Russian locale OP did not even indicate a link to his resource. Writes that he is ready to answer all your questions, but no answers.

He answered few times here, but it is really strange. I thought that it is scam before his first answer. And after answer i have the same questions - his behavior is to strange both for promote and for scam. No team, no introducing post, no work or money spent for promotion, but the same time trying to answer that he is thinking about smth about it. It is strange for scam - no any interest from the OP to the thread.

PS. anyway, i recommend to prefer gambling sites with good reputation. Even if this site is ok, you can have problems with the answers from the support.

Can you provide the exact website of this Casino? I don't know why this thread get a 6 pager reply without a single user asking for the official website of this Casino despite the landing page doesn't contain any info about 1win especially the website. 

You should start creating scam accusation as early as possible since you already wait for a couple of days without any feedback coming from there support. Most of the Casino has live support but I don’t know if 1win have this feature since I don't know wtf there website. Anyway you should file already so to give warning to all the user. Just make sure you have a complete set of proof to support your accusation.

It is a pity that no representative of the site is active here on the forum. It may be wise to inform them on other channels to advise that someone comes on the forum anyway to solve problems directly. I think that would also be very good for their own reputation. But I think people would be reluctant to make a deposit on the site right now because of the problems that have arisen.
