Hello, I would like to ask if is possible to create new adress of BEP-20 - Binance smart chain in some hardware wallet (Ledger, Trezor, others) and send there some tokens?
Or I can only import for example metamask seed to this wallet to store BEP-20 there?

Thank you for reply

Hardware wallets supports bsc tokens as well, I helped a friend to set it up using Ledger Live for Ledger hardware wallet, you will need to open ledger live on your PC and connect your hardware wallet through USB. Ledger Live will allow you to manage the crypto coins on your cold storage device over different blockchains, the process is just like adding smart chain to metamask wallet, full guide I used for my friend is below.

Yes, but in this case I will store BEP-20 on my Ledger wallet adress but still with seed which was generated on Metamask, understand it I correctly?

Importation of your metamask recovery seed into hardware wallet makes no sense, you have simply defeated the whole purpose of using a hardware wallet in the first place, why would you want to generate seed on metamask and import to hardware wallet?.

I asked becuase in the first answer was this https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/how-to-connect-a-ledger-nano-to-binance-smart-chain-bsc instructions about metamask.
That´s right that importing seed from some online wallet is nonsense, I want to store BEP-20 tokens in wallet whose seed was generated by hardware wallet.

So my question was if I can create new BEP-20 wallet in Ledger live?
Thank you

You can and this may become the answer for your question. https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404324652177-Set-up-a-Binance-Smart-Chain-BNB-account-in-Ledger-Live?docs=true
I doubt if this is what you are looking for but i can only say that if you must also see this the wallet called safepal. That's cheap hardware wallet.
I think that adding the new account means the new address but if that is still wrong and i may help you again later.

I hope that can answer your question.
