metaverse prefer ethereum and sidechains of ethereum

though people can make bitcoin sidechains that allow a bitcoin nft and a bitcoin pegged token for some metaverse servers. so far metaverse is moving in the direction of ethereum.


and before anyone(the altnet lovers and bitcoin haters) says that bitcoin is broke and wont work and useless for metaverse because 'bloated blockchain'... ethereums chain is 1tb(3x bitcoin) and it has several sidechains pegged to it.. and no one is complaining about bloaty ethereum..

yet some people dont want bitcoin to be functional for anything apart from a institutionalised reserve asset.
so although bitcoiners like myself would like to see some more utility on bitcoin. the powers that be dont want bitcoin to grow

I can see the side effects of Marijuana being legal in some states of USA! I laughed hard after reading your statement.

Paradigm shift happens towards betterment and not towards a failure. Metaverse is more of a marketing buzzword than anything real. And you are talking about a society where majority of the people will spend time in metaverse than in real world?? If this happens, China and Russia will surely take over as the next superpower.

Also, bitcoin is not a preferred currency system in metaverse. It's either ETH or Polygon or their own token in BNB or ETH network. Bitcoin isn't present in metaverse.
