It's said that the 30K rubles fine is just for the video she prerecorded calling on people to protest right before she went with that poster on a live News Broadcast, so obviously there is more to come for her if they are to persecute her for the TV incident.
Or the same conspiracy theory could have been spiraled up by the same state media to make the whole poster protest thing less believable
