Someone linked this to me because my username was mentioned, so I guess since I'm here I'll try to shed some light on the matter before you get an official response. Daniel is not in the business of reversing tips or transactions. I have been scammed out of tens of bitcoins, and if tips could be reversed, I'd be retired. You absolutely need someone's consent before taking money out of their account.

That said, there are probably some extraordinary/edge-case scenarios where a casino operator might be inclined to reverse a tip. For example, let's say the tip is a very small amount (5 or 10 USD, like in the case I remember), the account that was tipped was an obvious typo (one letter off the intended recipient) and the account had not been accessed for, say, 5 years. These three factors in conjunction would definitely make the tip worthy of a reversal if I were the casino operator. Intentionally tipping an account (whether it was you or a hacker) and a recent account at that is a different matter entirely. Just my 2 sats  Tongue

I like gambling. Probably currently trying to figure out how to pay next month's rent.

thing Is I didn’t authorize the tip and I asked for it to be reversed and willing to provide any information to prove it’s actually me. They deleted my account and the account they tipped to but the funds are in another account standing still.  If I didn’t authorized it I don’t see why he can’t just reverse it back to me and its the same as me not giving consent to tip the person so why should I have their consent to get the stolen funds back. But I understand what you’re saying

If you have that much money, shouldn't you have 2fa enabled to protect it?

the OP did say that he has a 2-factor authenticator and a 23 random character(not sure what that is).

(Before anyone say compromised I wasn’t I have 23 random character and two factor authentication)

the thing is, you did authorize it, according to your email. in their point of view, you authorized the tip, the change of password, and the deletion of the account. if you are not the one who authorized it, it only means that your account has been compromised and according to their ToS the gambling site will not be responsible for the loss of the account or the funds.

I was playing bustabit around 1 day ago and around 5Am I got offline.
Within 5 minutes of being offline, and back on I realize my account deleted and my funds were gone.

Are you sure it's only been 5 minutes? because 5 minutes is too little for someone to log into your bustabit.com account and your email account and do this whole process of stealing your funds and from what I understand he deleted your account and all that in just 5 minutes? he must have very fast fingers. can you tell us what made you go offline? Was it your internet or electricity cut or was the site offline for 5 minutes?

None of the links were clicked on. Let’s give it the benefit of the doubt. If it was clicked on right , and I told him I didn’t authorize it and if the funds are still available which it is, I should get it back. Their tos says there not liable to pay “You” back if you get scammed. Nothing stating they can’t help you retrieve it and that’s that I’m challenging here
