KYC is required on their site, and you have the option to participate or not.

Beside, you can just create an account and leave it there because you are still be paid directly to your Bitcoin address, please read the form as they require BTC address, that means you’ll get your payment there and not through the site itself, I don’t see this as a problem here.

Ever heard of casinos accepting fiat? That's the requirement only if you want to play with fiat. Without that data, is impossible to verify your fiat deposit.
If your country isn't on the specific countries list (ID, MY, TH, etc.), there's "international" option that covers your country except the one blacklisted on the ToS.
Regarding to the phone number and name, you can always put your pseudonym and burner, especially if you don't want to commit to play there.
