2. Are there things you can't sell there?.
3. How secured is this section for marketing?

1. No, that section is archived. Use the Physical and Digital goods boards[1][2][3] instead.
2. Yes, it's forbidden to deal with anything illegal in the buyer's or seller's country. There are also some banned services.
3. I'm not sure I understand your question?

If you ask about protection against scams, there's none. You have to be very careful and use escrow when buying or selling.
Also look on other users' trust feedback, it can give interesting info.
Ah, and be very careful about impersonation, both in-forum and on other means of communication (discord and such).

perhaps you can get the highest level of security if a third party or escrow service is used during the trade. I'm not saying here that this way is 100% protection, but it can affect a lot. especially to the simplest fraudsters.
I will agree with NeuroticFish, to be careful about impersonation. always requires additional proof of identity, signed address, contact through PM here ^{if you first contacted on another platform}

Some would argue that safety protocols like trust feedback and trust flag serves as protection against scams.

The idea that the forum does not try to protect users could pass a wrong message to newer members. The forum puts some community oriented process in place to protect users especially newbies and guests from falling for scams. It is not just moderated, so there would be no action taken if you fall for scam.

Trust feedback is also not moderate and can easily contain false information too (usually retaliatory feedback, but still...), so it's far from an ultimate tool.
So while you are somewhat right (my wording could have been softer), do stand to my point. I don't want to give the wrong impression one has a safety net, when no actual actions are done to recover the stolen funds/items (there's still an action: the scammer will probably get a flag, not that it matters that much for the one if he runs away with something valuable).

Be careful about selling anything in this type of thread because there is no guarantee they will not scam!! There is anybody can deal with you also this section is not trustful or anything i ever seen!!

That's place in question is not a place you can use as market place, so the market place you share the ideas of selling anything is in the service board, and it's were numerous business advertisement take place, so it's in addition of the board provided by OmegaStarScream with links,

Its not safe to trade one on one with anyone here because all they are gonna get is red trust, there are some type of money that can make even a legendary member get a red trust believe me, money and reputation are both on a different level.

You could see it boldly written up there "Obsolete"
However, "Obsolete" is an English word which means "No longer in use", which as you can see, that section has no longer been in use for a long time, as the threads posted there date back to 1 or 2years ago.

And Sir Theymos, the forum administrator clearly state that all threads should be move to either the goods, currency exchange or marketplace in the statement below.



So, in conclusion, that section of the forum is not in use for now till further notice
