transactions sre getting confirmed with 1 sat/byte. you might be having a problem with transaction broadcast (or some other problem with the transaction).

Do you have your transaction hex? If you do  you can paste it here to broadcast the transaction.
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/pushtx

if you dont have the transaction hex, you can get it here with the transaction hash
https://bitcoindata.science/bitcoin-raw-transaction-hex.html

The only cases why you would need a mining pool's direct intervention is to manually select a non-standard transaction and most of them aren't willing to do it even with a "reward" due to the hassle of it.

We also can't tell you what's wrong and what you should do without seeing the transaction itself. If you don't have a privacy concern then post the transaction ID (if you can see it on block explorers) otherwise the raw transaction hex.
The issue could be many things from a fee less than 1 sat/vbyte to invalid parent and non-standard scripts.

My transaction is Stucked since 7 weeks
Who made the transaction? If it's someone else, chances are you got scammed.
If you made the transaction by yourself, can you start by explaining how you did that?

This is the reason why I am surprised the OP transaction is stuck for 7weeks when tx with 1 sat/byte will confirm within 1008 blocks ( ~10080 min) which I believe is 7days.
It will be nice if he could provide the tx ID or let's know if he's the sender tx cause the stuck tx could be another tactic of a scammer.

Don't know where you are getting your mempool data from, but it's wrong. 1 sat/vbyte transactions haven't taken longer than 1 day to confirm for at least the last month, and 1 sat/vbyte transactions broadcast now would likely confirm within 3 or 4 blocks, certainly not >1000. Further, if a transaction was actually stuck for 7 weeks because the mempool is full, then almost all nodes would have dropped it a long time ago. Chances are OP's transaction doesn't actually exist.

The mempool has not been that congested since mid of last year. I checked high priority fee now and it is 1 sat/vbyte. Although, it fluctuates but transaction with 1 sat/vbyte should never take 3 to 4 blocks or less before a miner will include it in a block like you commented, which can even most likely be included in the next block during this time.

Further, if a transaction was actually stuck for 7 weeks because the mempool is full, then almost all nodes would have dropped it a long time ago. Chances are OP's transaction doesn't actually exist.
I remember a time I used Coinomi in the past (not recommended, close source), it takes over 2 months before the transaction was confirmed when the mempool later got decongested. That was a year ago, I believe if using Electrum, it shouldn't take more than 2 weeks after making sure my wallet does not sychronized to the blockchain for that time being. But I think some wallets are using a central server that keep on rebroadcasting the transaction.

First of all, how do you know the transaction stuck? Did someone say that the transaction stuck? Did you check the transaction status on your wallet or blockexplorer?

transactions sre getting confirmed with 1 sat/byte. you might be having a problem with transaction broadcast (or some other problem with the transaction).
This is the reason why I am surprised the OP transaction is stuck for 7weeks when tx with 1 sat/byte will confirm within 1008 blocks ( ~10080 min) which I believe is 7days.

I think you haven't send Bitcoin transaction in long time. In last few months, 1 sat/byte usually could be confirmed within next 1-4 blocks. You might want to check block explorer such as https://mempool.space/ to know current situation.

If you take a look at https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC%20(default%20mempool),8h,weight, you can see quite clearly 1 sat/vbyte transactions waiting 3 or 4 blocks before they are included. You might get lucky and get in the very next block depending on exactly when you broadcast your transaction, but the average for today is waiting a small handful of blocks at least for 1 sat/vbyte.

Not that it really matters in the context of OP's question, though.

Yeah, there was a period of around 4 months at the start of last year in which the mempool never fully emptied and so some low fee transactions were stuck waiting for a long time. And yes, if you are using a wallet like Coinomi there is not much you can do about a transaction which is stuck and endlessly being rebroadcast, whereas with Electrum it would have dropped after 2 weeks leaving you free to create a new transaction (or if you had enabled RBF, bump the fee). But again, with the mempool regularly emptying as it is now, that will not be the case here.

Never mind me, I was only supporting what you posted there, I did not know how 'never' was included. What I meant is that at least, the transaction would have been confirmed within 4 mined blocks and that most likely it can be confirmed in the first block when I posted that, but that the mempool is also fluctuating. You are absolutely right. That 'never' brought up the mistake, it's a mistake from me. I have corrected it.

I don't know/understand exactly about F2pool's transaction selector? Are you talking about withdrawing a BTC from F2pool?
Mined BTC from F2pool is automatically withdrawn to your wallet after you reach 0.005BTC or if you contact their support you can request to manually withdraw your mined coins.

Or are you talking about pushTX from F2pool? Only participants who mine on F2Pool can able to use their PushTX tool.
Alternatively, you can use ViaBTC accelerator to speed up your transaction.

If your problem is stuck transaction 7 weeks is very long you should receive it after a few hours if the transaction fee is 1sat/byte unless if you use a fake wallet?

I suggest you tell us more about the wallet you are using and where the BTC came from so that we know that you are using a legit wallet or if you are not dealing with scammers.

My bad.
Thanks for the correction and you're totally right it takes a day for  1 sat/byte to be confirmed. I used buy bitcoin worldwide fee calculator but I forgot to change the number of input and output transactions.

You are again wrong. Currently, transactions paying 1 sat/vbyte can get confirmed much faster. There is no need to wait a day.
Also, transactions are prioritized based on the fee paid per vbyte, not byte. And as long as you are talking about sat/vbyte, number of inputs and outputs have no effect on confirmation time.

I used buy bitcoin worldwide fee calculator but I forgot to change the number of input and output transactions.
You shouldn't just use any random online tool to calculate bitcoin transaction fees.
The tool you used is incomplete (it only has 2 input types out of 6+) and it is using a wrong fee rate. For example it currently suggests 7 satoshi/byte whereas mempool size is ~0.14 vmb and suggested fee should be 1 not 7.
It is also using "bytes" not "virtual bytes" which is affecting the size and total fee computation.

Just use a good wallet like Electrum or bitcoin core to get the best fee or use a mempool visualizer such as https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,2h,weight
