We, as affiliate partners, have shown a responsibility as well.

Did the right thing, these casinos should treat their partners well and affiliate should warn casinos that don't honour their comitment to their affiliate I admire affiliates who inform the status of the casinos they are promoting, other affiliates will ignore if casinos scam their players as long as they are receiving their shares I have seen affiliates websites where they promote a known casino scammers and they don't care.

I mean, dogedice.me was inactive a long time ago, and probably one of their staff now running this casino which never cares about the reputation. I never heard any scam accusation towards them before and probably how they care their reputation before not to ruin. But now this behavior it seems there is a change that they must be avoided, I did not accuse or even defend them but I want to hear their side about this matter, two affiliate gambling websites removing them it seems they remove their affiliation program and probably they announce this somewhere else.

This is mostly regarding with that ICO investments but speaking with their casino then they do always pay without any hiccups or problems.
It is just people do really need for them to be that responsive.

might be too extreme to go for an immediate ban, might just want to add a highlighted note on the top about how they're not responding to emails (at least, to you anyway). Or maybe give them an ultimatum of a few months or so instead? Ofc, not here I reckon, the account that manages the site has been inactive since 2021, so put a note that after 3 months, the casino would be removed from your site. Just to note I haven't really used them, I've heard them but that's about it.

It's very simple: When Bitdice does not manage to respond to a request from its partners, one can wonder how it is with players ... Maybe it's our reaction, since we Scandinavians are so "overprotected" where consumer power is high up in people's lives, but again; Bitdice has failed to answer us for many months. Live chat employees are outsourced to Asian countries with no influence, only forwarding inquiries.

If they aren't paying you your affiliate comission, then they have scammed you. If none of them are responding, then try writing to them on their announcement thread. If you receive no reply, then open a scam accusation thread and post all relevant proofs. They will get negative trust and people will be more cautious when using their casino (at least users from this forum).

This casino has over 30 scam reports and their announcement thread is already abandoned, there's a warning on this casino and everybody should be aware of their status I'm not playing here after I first read the accusations on them last year and the team did not address all those complaints if they are scamming their players there's a chance that they will also scam their promoters although on 1XBIT case they pay their affiliate handsomely but continue to scam their players.

I don't follow the site anymore, they were popular back then but after they raise an ICO, they started to lose their popularity, and AFAIK, their project failed? correct me if I'm wrong. The review maybe is justified, so it's good that the community are aware of we can think twice before playing with this site.

The project is not a failure because they have already a working Casino before they introduced an ICO for investment in there company. The Casino is still running with active players, They are just starting to receive multiple complain due to improper handling of all the issue sent to them. AFAIK they are still answering questions in there support and just ignoring all the known complains. This is not a failure since the business is still working. They should address all the issue on there Casino to maintain there reputation here. They are an old Casino and it will be such a waste to exit scam at this point while Casino industry is starting to boom again in crypto.

Thread title is a bit weird and reading on I actually do not see more of an issue except that support is not responding,,, and this seems to be specific to the issue of affiliates.

From reading the old Bitdice thread it seems they had a lot of problems for a very long time huh?

Not so much withdrawal problems, but seems an old ICO problem that did not make the casino as promised.

I admire you for letting us all know here about the problem with Bitdice, because they are once being advertised here and some of us(including me) once a player of them but when the problem starts to come out ? i stop collaborating or playing in their site and now here it goes , you as affiliate also stops collaborating with them things that all gamblers need to know.

Maybe there's something crazy happening on their casino and that unresponsive actions will sink them more are as recently there are several complaints on them and now Op claiming as their partner show then tell about their issue. For sure now people start to have doubts on them and might many players will go when they see this claims. Let see if Bitdice will respond on this thread nor OP will update about their situation.

Not really losing they've already lost it I've checked the scam section and there are so many mentions of BitDice.me they stop the flow of money to their affiliate and their players they don't have an active representative here also, with so many casinos in the community and new ones coming in players should always check the status of the casinos they are playing and always quick to change it to something better, we have a lot of good casinos in the community picking the right one is easy.

It is important that a site should have a response contact support through email or other similar services. Sites may have issues and those who use the site to spend money for whatever reason like to have fun, get a chance to win more money and more then they can report it to the team or owner of the site to fix the issue. If a site is not responsive then those issues won't be fix therefore many will stop gambling in their site and lose reputation due to being responsive when being contacted. If that's the case then it is more likely being abandoned even though it's still up and running.

What kind of question is this? Every affiliates wants to maximize their earnings especially if your resources is focused on gambling & casino, then becoming an affiliates for every casino will give you higher chance to earn more. Besides bitdice is a reputable gambling website, well, maybe its now only a tale in the past, as lots of concerns arise lately.

If a site is not responding to business partner then it is a source of worry that every person that wants to deal should look into. OP is raising a warning that players should know what is happening incase they don't become surprise of no response when they reach out for them because if responding to partner is difficult, customers may not get any at all.

Thanks, OP for letting the community know about this. If the platform doesn't reply to a partner. Imagine what they do with the customers? Last year, There were at least four scam accusations were created against Bitdice. Three of them were from the same person.

I have seen the glory and best days of this casino. They've even launched a newer version for which resulted in success IMO. But having problems with commissions and affiliates, they should fix this thing and must be responsive to their "business partners". Yeah, they're business partners because they're helping the casino to gain more exposure and get better leads and customers signing up with them. Let's see if they're going to take action on this to complain made by OP and if they're going to fill those unpaid commissions.
