I have read that some Stake players passed level 1 verification with a fake address, a fake name, a throw-away email, and other fake information. You're probably one of them. But, god, I wouldn't be attempting to pass level 4 with the same fake set of information.

Same here and I wouldn't attempt level 2 since in level 1 I already violated their terms by not submitting real name and official email address the OP is really has some guts to continue to level 4 even if he knows he is not allowed to play in the first place since his country is restricted.
Yes, it is a big NO to violate their terms by submitting a fake name and address because if we win a big amount of money and they know we use fake info, that will make us in trouble situations.
It will be better if we do not verify our account and just play gambling like the other people so that we will not risk our account but if somehow, they require us to verify the account and we do not want to do that, maybe we can move to the other sites.
That will be a good way to prevent submitting the real document to the casino.
But if we use fake info from the start, it could harm our account someday.

I'm glad that I'm from a country where using most gambling sites is legal and isn't restricted. As for me, it's better to read their TOS in the beginning so you'll never have regrets in the end. Breaking their rule, especially the KYC might only create a bigger problem in the future so you better abide it than risking your funds by faking it.

I was wondering is someone from a restricted country managed to pass the Stake account KYC Level 4 verification ? :

As they have restricted country, the country which have been restricted from the site cant be verified as the country of the restricted area are not be able to verify. If you are from restricted area then you should stay away from the gamlbing. Hope you have not yet faced any problem for restricted country.

You are lucky to come from a country where gambling is legal and unrestricted so you can play gambling freely without being afraid of breaking the rules.
Breaking the rules is one of the things we need to avoid, especially if we play gambling and use enough money because later it will get us in trouble.
I also always make it a habit to read the TOS to avoid breaking the rules
We as gamblers should also know how to carry ourselves in gambling and always try to avoid all kinds of things that can be bad for us.
