So; can someone explain how you get a message upon withdrawal that states
 “BTC BALANCE LOW; SYSTEM NOTIFIED” ?
Has anyone else ever faced this issue at Gamdom.com (scamdom for a reason!)

I lost 2.9BTC in a single day play (over £100,000)
They won’t help, even though all other withdrawal requests on all streams (using fake Gamdom owned accounts) send straight to ‘pending’ or ‘queued’

Conversation with me and “VIP Host. Wayne”

In short;

Deposited over $160,000 to be hit with a bug on the system which kept stating “BTC BALANCE LOW: SYSTEM NOTIFIED”

Withdrawal bug which didn’t set my withdraw attempts to queued. But automatically reverted back to play balance with the error “BTC BALANCE LOW; SYSTEM NOTIFIED” to which I kept being told “be patient” hour after hour after hour.  Wayne said this wasn’t a true representation of how it worked.

For comparison: Stake.com keep 2000 BTC at all times available for withdrawals. Roughly 80million.
3.57 BTC shouldn’t have triggered any type of refusal.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Can you provide a proof for the error in the form of screenshot as well as your personal chat with there support showing that they are not helping you to solve your issue. 2.9BTC is huge amount for a support to not properly assist you. No one here will believe to your claims unless you provide all the proof I ask above. This topic should move to reputation section of this forum to get a proper response from user that can investigate your case.

I don't understand what exactly the problem is.
if you have lost 2.9 btc (I guess by playing and not due a bug on their platform) how should they assist you at this point? what action they should take!?

When your balance is low then how can you withdraw from the casino ?

Now, where is your balance?  As you stated, you lost 2.9 bitcoins while playing gambling. You should have known that gambling is not about winning only, you can lose too.

By the way, i can't believe you had 2.9 btc. Can you prove you deposited 2.9 bitcoins in Gamdom  ?

No I didn’t “loose”, there was a bug that apparently had the wallets drained. So no withdrawals were made.

when you want to raise an issue, make it a habit to always include evidence from screenshots of your conversations with the customer service that serves you

to be honest, i also have an account at gamdom and play there quite often but haven't encountered any problems like yours, btw 2.9 btc is not a small amount, and this is not a common problem. if you have solid evidence then you should fight for it in their thread directly

If you have an allegation it should be back up with proof to strengthen your case don't be annoyed on the request for screenshot the chat screenshot is not complete what is the continuation of the conversation did they ask you to wait until they top up the wallet, this happen not only on Gamdom lets give them a chance to top up then you can withdraw I don't think they are breaking the law, they only break the law if they intentionally scam you.

I don't see in the conversation any hint of a scam they are not accusing you of anything that is why you cannot withdraw they told you that balances get top-up very quickly the wallet is low in balance because of lots of steamers this for me is a valid reason why you have to wait, have you asked them when can you withdraw this thing happen it happened on Bitvest and other casinos too, this issue has nothing to do with the signature campaign it's useless to drag Yahoo here.

They aren’t accusing me of anything; I’m accusing them of scamming me?

The system was empty all day.  I made various attempts in all sizes to which $1000 was credited and I was told to wait an hour.  Withdrew another $1000 (after attempting $40,000-$70,000 requests which automatically sent back to myself.  So I deposited $25,000 knowing there should be $25,000 available and they wouldn’t even cash that (put myself $25,000 further down trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and checking the system out for myself)

Being bipolar will cause you to do these stupid things

How is this breaking the law?

Gamdom has been around for a long time and I've personally used them lots.

Not having a full hot wallet is definitely concerning but nowhere near warranting a scam accusation. If they don't process the withdrawal in a few days, then I'd be concerned. But this is a large withdrawal that they probably have to review & access their cold wallet for.

This problem of yours has not passed 24 hours yet?

I think the problem is that their system is not pretty much updated, maybe that's something they need to improve, but don't call them scam right away.
Bad services don't mean that the gambling site is a scam unless they would hold your money without a valid reason.

I think the problem is that their system is not pretty much updated, maybe that's something they need to improve, but don't call them scam right away.
Bad services don't mean that the gambling site is a scam unless they would hold your money without a valid reason.

also, based from his conversation, gamdom team is replenishing their hot wallet. and they are very willing to resolve his issues. so this is not a valid accusation in my opinion. by the way, he can move this to scam accusations board, if he does want to pursue his case here.
if his situation will not be resolved, then, i guess that's the time that he can make a proper allegation. but for now, gamdom is very amenable to solve his case.

Not sure if you clocked the date.  This was in December….

Guys above, your post is not really helping at all on this issue. The OP is experiencing a bug on his wallet that his balance can't  withdraw which the mod of Gamdom already acknowledged by telling him that they will reflenish the hot wallet. Posting a side comment or post quota is not gonna help and you are just flooding the thread with nonsense post.

Personally, I still don't fully understand the extent of this issue so I'm waiting for Gamdom representative to see and answer this directly. So please stop flooding the thread and wait for the proper person to answer this.

That was just a bug I hope and I don't think Gamdom is a type of gambling site that would ruin their reputation just for 3 BTC, a little patience to OP while they are fixing or waiting for their response to it though I understand that having that kind of problem is really hassle for a player.

I’ve been the one to point out the dates are since December;
People are choosing to ignore that but I’ve pointed it out. 
Those telling me too “wait 24 hours”;
I’ve waited months. Been blocked from Gamdom for outing them on there after waiting 21 days…

How much were you paid to say this?
How can a gambling site take longer to reload its wallet than it takes me to make fresh deposits?

Everything in pictures is proof .. even the dates .. they can’t ignore it because I don’t have a social media following ? The complaint is real.  Why would Ayezee even tell me in private conversations on Twitter that the reason he stopped playing at Gamdom was withdrawing large wins?   Again this can be proven with screenshots of private conversations. 

I hope to god I bump into Felix or one of his paid sponsors. Only then will he agree.

If you noticed the DEPOSITS were $160,000 the win was over $220,000 and they refused to pay it out so Im disputing for deposits back.. money they should have access to as it was deposited with our fault…

Now they’ve changed the game payout percentage to a max cap of 1,336x for a game capable of over 36,000 whilst advertising  other Big Time Gaming games to pay their full potential…

I don’t care if you personally believe me.  I’ve pointed out everything and only found out about this site now; if I’m blocked on Discord; blocked on Twitter and their live support is an email with a few hours to a few days response, this large sum of money is worth chasing every Avenue …. Now that you would have to agree.

Also your compensation claims?  I’ve got proof of every bonus/ “compensation” I’ve had. As you can see in the mod conversations he stated “I’ve given you $5000” to which I reply no you haven’t, and he said no I know that I’m here to help you go forward, and was never “paid” because I continued to argue. 

I’ll attach a screenshot of all “bonus” paid too if you want.  Doesn’t even cover the 13% guaranteed in the first 24 hours… doesn’t even reach 10k

So; can someone explain how you get a message upon withdrawal that states
 “BTC BALANCE LOW; SYSTEM NOTIFIED” ?
Has anyone else ever faced this issue at Gamdom.com (scamdom for a reason!)

I lost 2.9BTC in a single day play (over £100,000)
They won’t help, even though all other withdrawal requests on all streams (using fake Gamdom owned accounts) send straight to ‘pending’ or ‘queued’

Conversation with me and “VIP Host. Wayne”

In short;

Deposited over $160,000 to be hit with a bug on the system which kept stating “BTC BALANCE LOW: SYSTEM NOTIFIED”

Withdrawal bug which didn’t set my withdraw attempts to queued. But automatically reverted back to play balance with the error “BTC BALANCE LOW; SYSTEM NOTIFIED” to which I kept being told “be patient” hour after hour after hour.  Wayne said this wasn’t a true representation of how it worked.

I think you'll have a hard time finding much sympathy, or even comprehension of the scale of your problem, at these forums. You are what most would consider a whale if you're gambling such amounts and you probably have much more in reserve. Whether they are breaking the law or not probably comes down to their terms, most casinos have pretty extensive conditions with a few caveats that may cover this situation. The law would also be defined by whichever country is hosting the servers or where they have chosen to incorporate their casino company. Many of the smaller jurisdictions handing out these licenses are basically pay-and-display with the regulators, if they even exist, usually doing little to help end users. You might be out of luck, or just try to take it out in smaller chunks?

You can’t access my proofs?  They’re posted on public on Imgur and linked above.

Yahoo can’t reply or give answers as to how Gamdom have now max capped the win potential from 36,000 to 1336x … MAX jackpot.  For a slot potential off 36,000. 

This would take my win (14,910x) to a max win of $13,360 …
Gamdom are ignoring everything I’ve mentioned due to the automatic ignorance of everyone else reading. 

My complaint dates from December.
I was blocked by Gamdom on Twitter, and emails always “please be patient mods are checking into accounts”
I haven’t been able to withdraw my wins, or receive back my deposits. 
I deposited $160,000 - with proof. Check imgur.
Waited sufficient time for hot wallets to be refilled - but only $30,000 has been granted to date.  False talks of “we will compensate your account” … compensate? I want a resolution before compensation?

Agree to inform immediately about things that happened with this case. Because I saw the OP created multiple threads for the same reason. And at least it has annoyed some other users from Gandom casino point of view. I fully believe that this issue may be a miscommunication. For whatever reason, clarification is very important for the common good and all casino users to be more comfortable in the future.

I leave everything to the actual situation, and personally I believe Gandom casino has become a trusted casino.

Didn't you op open a thread about Gamdom not paying the amount you won and you said Gamdom doesn't want to pay you of your winnings by letting you withdraw the amount?. Why create the thread I mentioned about since you already created this one even though the op is not the same as this one but the similarities between the two is you are having an issues with Gamdom. Wouldn't it be better if you just create a scam accusation thread in the right board and provide proof if this is really true. I think Gamdom will take action against this accusation to clear their name if what you claim is not true.

I once had a similar experience with a casino when I wanted to make a withdrawal but it wasn't intentionally as then they were carrying some update which took just less than 2 hours to complete, it is possible the same thing has happened in Gamdom and that's not enough reason to call a company a scam. At least, you have trusted them to be bold enough to make a huge deposit on the Casino in the first place.

Deposited over $160,000 to be hit with a bug on the system which kept stating “BTC BALANCE LOW: SYSTEM NOTIFIED”

Withdrawal bug which didn’t set my withdraw attempts to queued. But automatically reverted back to play balance with the error “BTC BALANCE LOW; SYSTEM NOTIFIED” to which I kept being told “be patient” hour after hour after hour.  Wayne said this wasn’t a true representation of how it worked.

Casinos can have however much in their hot wallet as they want, and I would argue that having too much in the hot wallet is probably a bad thing and opens up you up with a load of possible exploits.

As long as they are communicative and release your funds at the end of the day, I do not see an issue whatsoever.

It’s been since December;
This isn’t a couple days old or a fresh claim.
And I’ve still not been paid, reimbursed or if you had read the dialogue between me and Gamdom VIP Wayne you’d see they said they was adding compensation to it for taking so long.
Still haven’t been paid out. 

Hit a 14,000x win on a game.  And now it’s max capped to 1,338x ?
I’ll let you decide if you think casinos can just do this Willy-nilly!

I want my deposits back from the poor performance of the website.
Can’t advertise instant withdrawals if there’s nothing available to withdraw.

Also those that keep mentioning “Gamdoms Twitter account boast big wins daily” … check the users, are any of them fresh accounts?  Or are they all sponsored to play and no withdraws are seemingly made?

And those others that are falsely claiming I own multiple accounts, that isn’t the issue what so ever… not even Gamdom are disputing that false claim.  They know it’s my one and only account.

A short summary of the conversation would be better. Not sure what is happening, but most casinos keep most of the funds on the cold wallets to protect their and the funds of the users from any kind of hacks in case their withdrawal system gets compromised. But yeah, they should have kept it on pending instead of returning it to you play balance as that would only tempt you to play more. Skimmed through the thread and saw that you won a game with huge multiplier but later they lowered the max multiplier. Even if it was a mistake on their side, they should still let you withdraw your wins.  You should edit your thread and update your information so users don't have to go through the whole thread.

Suspiciously all other titles from Big Time Gaming remain the correct pay out potentials.

Keeping wallets empty isn’t my issue;

The “site bug” which kept prompting the withdraw to fail, and to solely return to playable balance is the reason one of my threads was up.  To “warn” others. As you said, it should have queued or sat waiting until the wallets their side were refilled and I’d be absolutely on side of the casino.  As I explained to my host Wayne. 

This is what got me to stop arguing for any wins, and just ask/ argue back for my deposits. 

4 months later, I’ve been blocked on every platform except their own casino.  Still no way near returned deposits, or of course them crediting wins since they’ve now capped their own game potential to fit their story.

If someone wants to DIRECT MESSAGE ME and give me a template on how they think I should edit my post to be more user friendly I’ll happily do it.  But I’ve attached screenshots as no one likes quotes without seeing.

This is a casino and it is usual that a casino can win most of the time but there's always people that don't understand it and the moment they lose they will cry like a kid, calling the casino a scam. Yes there are casinos that are truly a scam like 1xbit for example but not with gamdom.

I don't seen that this casino receive lots of negative feedbacks. I don't think using the term breaking the law is appropriate for this matter but to me breaking the law means if the gambling company is illegal or without a license but I think gamdom is a fully licensed casino because they have been advertised in this forum regularly. They have the funds to process those.

You’d have thought they would, wouldn’t you.  Was only 1/4 million.  They promote wins of 7 figures.
Their “hot wallets” took over 24 hours to credit $30,000 and that’s all that could be withdrawn?

This is a casino, you’re right.  So when a gambler wins the casino should credit those wins.
I can’t gamble without having money in my wallet,
How can they take bets if they haven’t got the money to pay winnings bets?

Bets should be suspended if their wallets are empty.  This is a crazy excuse.

Most probably a desperate way to recover his money but unfortunately this doesn’t help.
I see the other thread where Gamdom already answer this problem, I guess this can still be solve if OP keep on communicating with Gamdom, they are still responsive so most probably he can get the best answer only from them and even the CM of the campaign already helps him to communicate, so there’s really no need to create another thread.

The information is fragmented and does not help to fully understand what happened. Since the amount claim / accusations are of certain level, your help would be definitely helpful for both parties.

I'm trying to help. I think it would be beneficial for both sides to clarify the current situation. But unfortunately I don't have any influence or contact with the casino so I can't do much. From what I understand, yahoo is aware of the matter and has contacted Gamdom's owners, so we'll have to wait and see what they have to say about it.

There's still no response coming from the team I looked upon the many threads he created and there's still no response, this happens in December and the team may have been looking at it, if it's a fresh or new one it could be easy to address it but four months they have to recall what happened then, as many issues have come and are coming as Gamdom is a big casino, the support will have to check and double-check what happens on that month to that user.
It will take weeks but Gamdom should notify the complainant that they are working on it if they are on it.

Have you contacted their customer support in this forum? As far as I know, they have an active gambling thread/board that lots of people actively participate in rewards and referrals. You can try messaging them here to follow-up on your request about the alleged "bug" that costed some withdrawal issues on your end.

Gamdom started last 2018 and they have been around for at least four (4) years now. I doubt that they would ruin absolutely their hard-earned reputation over the years against this single withdrawal issue you are currently encountered. I highly encourage that you provide all the necessary screenshots + proof/evidence of your messages with them, OP.

One or two cases like this always pop up once in a while but them we know the difference between a casino wanting to steal from players and those who just got into such problems because of bugs or other operational challenges and their quickly solve those issues and move on. That is how to differentiate the real casinos and the fake one in the market. Am sure if that user have all the evidence needed to push his case through Gamdom team will do the needful to rectify the issues and work on all bugs to avoid future occurrences of such cases.
