As mentioned in our conversation, the account Manate29 violated several of our Terms and Conditions. Primarily, you had admitted to our team that you were accessing Moonbet.io via a VPN, which is clearly against our T&Cs.

Next, Manate29 was part of over 20 accounts all from the same region that joined on December 24, all placed the exact same bets on the same markets within 10 minutes of each other (a very specific NBA market), and then also engaged in arbitrage betting amongst those accounts. Several of the accounts joined with the same IP address and when we did ask for KYC on accounts to verify these were not multi-accounts, fake documentation was provided to us.

This entire instance violates our Terms and Conditions surrounding syndicate betting, as well as multiple accounts. Unfortunately, it is much more than a mere coincidence that your account placed the EXACT same bets at the EXACT same 10-minute interval as 20 other accounts that all registered within one hour of your registration. Also, these bets were maxed out, indicating that this was done to circumvent the limitation on betting.

Our risk and fraud department has been working this entire week in going through said accounts and you will be able to make a withdrawal of your original balance as soon as possible. We never like to take such actions, however we do need to protect our players, our partners, our providers, and our community from fraudulent activities.

It looks like they are locking your account, they allowed you to withdraw your deposited amount so I think it is better after all those exploits and cheating stated by the Moonbet representative.  If you think you are wrongly accused you can always file a counter complain and prove that they are mistaken.  But if you do cheat, I think they are generous enough to return your original deposit amount.

UPD. 31 December I got an email from their "partners" about video kyc that I should pass. Firstly, I couldn't find such contact in the skype (I think it didn't exist before 3 january). Then I finally found them and wrote that I'm ready to complete my verification, but there is no reply for 2 days (on email also). They even haven't been online for 4 days... I still can't withdraw my funds. BUT ON MOONBET my verification is completed!!! I don't even know why they ask me for another one

Slow reactions is not enough to be able to accuse someone of scam.
The more so that most websites use external services to verify identity, so in this case it is fault of "partners" that are working slowly.
In this case, Moonbet devs should consider changing partners for verification.

You, however, will just have to be patient, because from what the Moonbet representative wrote, they have a very strong basis for doing a thorough investigation. Check their ToS carefully how much time they have for this, but usually it's a month, sometimes even two.

great ending. though it must be disturbing and unpleasant to have such an experience. but you can see, that everything will be fine if you are in an honest casino.

That case was already resolved in January this year and the good thing is that we haven't heard any such issues with moon bet on this thread.

The good thing is that anyone can try out their casino as there is no initial KYC requirement and all you need is a email to register.
