I've seen negative tags removed by admin a while back simply because they were blindly given to anyone who supports the flag for cases involving him.

Is this really true?  Can you point out who is this user that luckily removed the red tag by the admin?  It might I missed this topic I guess.

This was what I thought and if the admin removed the inappropriate red tag a while back so how do we approach them regarding this?

But it turned out that the wise LoyceV does not consider this a huge violation, that is, you can easily create a second account for yourself, and not worry about earning merits for the second account, but simply transfer your merits from the first account to the second.

That's not a good summary of what I said. I'll quite a small part for context:

It's certainly not done to Merit your own alt, and shows not the best morals, but I also don't think it's worth ruining an account of an otherwise okay user.

You stopped Meriting your alt the moment you realized it's frowned upon. Even though you had more opportunities, you didn't self-Merit again.

Based on this, I don't think this deserves negative feedback. I think neutral would fit better. I'll make a Neutral tag myself.

Check this topic, interiawp objected to allegations of proven scam gave tags to some users supporting flags for it, it was complained by everyone tagged by it and mod removed all those tags after few days.

True, the negative tag is a warning to other users to be more careful and I think it's a legitimate thing to do.

if you just want to market your business on this forum then buying a Cooper membership imo is enough.  but you still have to pay attention to what business you want to market on this forum, if it is a ponzi scheme then don't expect it to be successful, instead you will get a red flag from the DT team.

I think this forum allows using more than one account? The rules was never to sent merit between two accounts and never use double account to promote same projects, that's what I read or am I wrong?

I have no problem with having 2 accounts. The problem is related to his question. He said wants to have a high-rank account, even though he already has a legendary account (the highest rank in this forum). The funny thing is, he even wanted to sell it. And now, he is busy to have a high-rank account for his business marketing. Do you understand what the point is?

Op, your negative tags will not allow you grow your account. Kindly find a way to turn those negative tags to positive tags before you talk of growth.
I have a Legendary account I may consider to sell. It has 15600 post count, 2576 activity, 5101 merits and +32 trust. Someone should mention The Pharmacist here, because I just checked, the pm block he gave me from my member days is still active.

At least you've stated your business which isn't far from selling bitcointalk account. At least, its legitimate enough forum rule-wise though frowned at. If you solely need to acquire rank in order to boost your chances of either getting accounts to sell and possibly forum users to buy them, I think users ought to keep there precious smerits from you as much as possible and that's surely what it is about your account as you have it now. No one would like to promote this sort of business and as such, its of no use helping in your profiling for higher ranks. Make peace with being a newbie and move on.

Hello, OP good day one thing you will reach a high rank is that you should follow the rules and regulations here in the forum also you should contribute a good quality post. When I visit your profile what I saw is negative feedback from DTs and the reason are account seller which not good practice to reach high ranks you should avoid OP but it's done and you already break the rules.

Please read more. You can ask questions base on What you have read and you don't understand the particular statement, comment or thread.

By the way. Ranking up is not a big deal, the first thing you have to do is your activities (post), then  read other people post, then make comments on the thread you have read that interested you. That shows, you are ready to learn and the second thing is to post constructive  quality post. With these two items, people will merit you when you make good post. Mostly on crypto currencies (Bitcoin) about your experience and knowledge about Bitcoin. People are here to learn from you and you are also here to learn. Your knowledge is more important than merit. And your knowledge will also give you merit to rank up. Be calm and learn

I checked up OP's profile and saw what you meant by the above. It's no surprise that I've continued to maintain that most of these stories of, "I'm a newbie" or "I lost my Bitcoin" and all that blablabla stuff are often lies. Look at OP acting like they didn't know jack about how ranking up works but are already selling BTT and socal media accounts. It shows how deceitful OP is. Those of you advising OP on how to rank up, you're merely wasting your time. It's obvious the OP truly doesn't need it. They already know how to but are just trolling.

Why do you think you need a high forum rank?
Under marketplace and services or goods you can see that many crypto projects or things are offered regardless of the forum rank.
Have you considered hiring a forum manager who has a higher forum rank and the trust of the forum community?
Of course, it all depends on what you actually want to offer the community on this forum and how much the community is willing to accept it.

Judging by the way you write and that most of your posts are one-liners, I would say you are never going to rank up above Jr. Member or Member (max) unless you change drastically. Whatever marketing services you are offering, you don't need a high rank. If you want to get other people to trade with you, you need a good service and affordable prices. You need to gain the communities' trust, but it doesn't look good for you.

High ranks are for those users who find time to contribute to the forum in any way they can be useful. You don't do that.

To be honest i think more users (especially newcomers) should take cognizance of the quote above, it is ludicrous to demand a high rank, without putting in a 'high' amount of effort/time/desire to learn and communicate quality stuff on the forum. OP really doesn't even look like the sort of user who cares about a high rank, and i am curious why he is even asking in the first place; what he is more concerned about is how to promote the service he offers which is discouraged on the forum. Going through OP's profile i see he has received a couple of negative feedbacks, but rather than change, he responded with retaliatory ones (though inconsequential), that basically sums up the kind of user OP is.

It is not a bad thing to have a high rank. Everyone in the forum wants to get a high rank but the difference between you and some of us is that we wouldn't say it out, but study how it works.
Your question is like someone that gained entrance into a higher institution as asked how to be a graduate. That you need to be a graduate in order to gain employment.
Where the problem lies is that are you ready to follow the steps if you are told?
Maybe my answer is that to have high rank requires high work. Work hard and do not cheat the system.

I don't consider it trolling to say that you're a clueless, droopy-eyed Leeroy Jenkins, starting a thread like this expecting the community to spend time telling you stuff that you could easily have searched for.  It's not like the ranking up process hasn't been discussed Avogadro's number of times in the past 4 years.  You'd know that if you weren't lazy.

Let me also just tell you this: There's no fucking way in hell you're ever going to rank up past Jr. Member unless there's a local board you can participate in, and you happen to be very bright and know how to write in your native language exceedingly well.  My gut feeling tells me you're neither of those things.

Honestly, as long as the above post is, it's not going to help OP in the slightest.  You gave him generic information, "follow the rules and make good posts" that I've seen written many, many times before.  Just don't bother trying to help people like him.

Although, I don't particularly blame beginners for being ignorant but with this user, it's a whole different story. First I noted about the user was about his account selling kind of business. After checking the users trust records and a thread I saw for which OP was seeking in the most annoying way to have it removed, I knew this user need nkg grow past this rank.

The forum can't aid you in ranking up @OP when all you do is promote a most frowned at sort of activities on the forum. Good luck promoting your business anyway @OP.

Obviously some users have informed that the OP has damaged the reputation of his account with a sales attempt which is not liked by many users, he is well aware of that but still doesn't feel guilty. I'm just wondering why this thread is still open, has anyone reported this thread being locked?

Even the OP is more likely to create a new account after 4 negative tags, so there's no point in telling him how to rank up to high rank. Sooner or later the OP will let this account become inactive, it's quite possible.

This is not enough. A brand new account really do not get much attention for anything they want to do in the forum. The best practice will be to hire a reputed campaign manager and launch a signature campaign. They can also buy advertising space. I know few projects who successfully used the traffic they got from the advertising buying on this forum.
