Hello friends,

Another question, I've heard time and time again that CPU, RAM, and SSD/HDD does not affect mining.

I want to know the specifics as to why it does or does not. If anyone is able to break it down for me or lead me towards the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Find a single GPU like rx580 for example and insert into a PC with any CPU and RAM Spec, also find another PC with a different Spec and do the testing with the same rx580, the result will be the same. 8GB RAM vs 4GB RAM doesn't matter.

If you are mining Monero on a CPU, then the memory frequency and timings have an impact on the CPU hashrate. If you are mining Ethereum, then the memory and processor do not affect the hashrate of the video card. An SSD hard drive, more memory, a multi-core processor with 4 or more cores allow your mining farm to boot up and start mining faster. If you are using Hive OS. then for mining a farm of 6 video cards, X2 processors and 4 GB of RAM are enough. Even on the usual HDD, the farm works quickly.

OP question doesn't look like he or she is asking about CPU mining, I'm guessing you think that having a higher-end CPU or more RAM can help GPU to achieve better performance when mining? I used to think this way when I was still planning to build my first rig until I tested some components out myself.

When mining use the GPU, how can affect the CPU the mining hashrate - right in no way. This is a no brainer

Only generally true, mainly for ETH....depending on the algo, and other factors, the cpu/ram can make a considerable difference to hash rate...the possibilities are endless, but i mine 1 coin that requires 1 core (not thread) and 4GB system ram, per GPU,  if i run 6 cards on a 4t/8t 16GB system i get less than half the performance as 6c12t 32gb ram...like i say, it GENERALLY makes zero difference, but some algos are very tricky.....advisers should not assume that the poster only wants to mine ETH, etc.

Same goes to newbie posters, please give as much detail as possible in your questions? What coin / algo, what specs of pc are you using / considering....all info help us, help you

Basically, if you're mining via GPU, the other components don't affect mining.

My real example:
I have an RTX 3060 mining on my PC, which I use to work at the same time every day. On average my hash is 47Mhs.
I just feel a significant reduction in the hash, when I'm editing images or in Zoom meetings, which goes to the average 43~45 MHs.

EDIT: This reduction happens, because logically I'm using the graphics card more, in these cases. But for the rest it is always this one with the best possible average.

When the Coin is GPU mineable, the cpu has no affect. If the cpu have an real impact on the hashrate, than because the algos needs some CPU power, but i know no coin.
But generally, all GPU coins get no benefits with bigger CPU´s. But you can write the coin you mean to correct me.

If a budget 2-4 core processor is installed on the computer, then when mining on Windows and simultaneously working or watching a video, a decrease in the hashrate of the video card will be seen. That is, if you mine on your work PC, it is better that it has modern characteristics so that you can work comfortably.

I think that is true for most of the cards but what I have noticed to not be the case is with the Rx 6800 XT which I have in my newest motherboard the Asrock H510 Pro Btc which I connect directly to the display and it runs at near 64 Mhsh,it also stays at this rate if I open a youtube video for example, maybe it is the 16 GB Vram I believe but I am not sure, most probably cards with great Vram like this one and RTX 3090 should not suffer from such happenings,I think it is because of the motherboard because I have another such card at a board MSI B150 directly connected to the display and the hash rate goes to 60 or 59 Mhsh from 62.xx when opening Youtube or working in Exodus wallet.

We cannot forget that a good part of what we do on the computer, like the one mentioned above, is done based on the capacity of the CPU and RAM. Although the GPU is useful for this type of tasks, normally the computer only uses the GPU when the load of these tasks is very high or lasts a long time.

As I mentioned earlier, I mine on the same PC I use daily. And the hash rate varies very few times, because of the work I do. This usually only happens if you have a couple of hours on Zoom, or if you are editing heavier images. It's an RTX 3060 without LHR.

This problem can be solved if you use the built-in video card as the main one, then the discrete video card will only work for mining. Or install a second more budgetary discrete graphics card GT 730 as the main one. But I'm too lazy to do this because of 1-2 megahash.

Will these 2mh/s offset the cost of purchasing a more basic GPU and the increased consumption?
It really doesn't pay off. Better in situations of intensive use, turn off mining for a couple of hours.
Even so, I believe that as a general rule this is not necessary.
