Yeah you are right, most people are in this forum just to make money of it, the number of Bounty hunters in this forum now is just unbelievable. Like most people even think that Bounty hunting is the primary objective of this forum, and those who don't think will actually need to rank up to gain more money in the signature campaign.

For they think that the Bitcointalk forum is a good source of income, MONEY.
Perhaps, we can't deny the reality, those who often search for an online job might fall in here and see the great opportunity. But I think this was just all about earning money upon joining signature campaigns and bounties, we've also learned ideas, getting to know about cryptocurrency.

But I have some suggestions for you mate,
Instead of focusing on joining bounties and signature campaigns, it was also better to learn trading or simple investment. This perhaps gives you a passive income somewhat in the future if you were good on that.

The other side, however, is that this forum offers a wealth of knowledge and opinion, especially from those with prior professional experience in crypto. When investing in the space, one needs to have faith in the community, and this will offer lots of information to everyone. Those who actually use it will benefit from the commitment from a handful of top minds, and the hope of learning.

on of the main reasons this forum was created i believe is to educated through important discussions. though employing the reward system is to encourage active participation, increase awareness and educate people on the investment they are going into. it is unfortunate that we cant control the motive of others but we can check mate some excesses by our positive and educative post. especially for those who are here to learn. we keep making our research to educate them. what is within our control we should do, which is to research and educate ourselves. i am learning a lot from the post of others in this forum.

There is one good way to check the real interests of the people who join the forum. Cancel all subscription companies and bounty companies. How many people will stay on the forum? And how popular will it remain? But those people who joined the forum in the first years of its existence are the real bitcoiners. Their history and lessons should be valued and constantly studied. It is they who today create educational materials that must be read by beginners in order to correctly determine all the advantages of bitcoin.

New forum members are not really here for knowledge, but their main motivation is to earn an income that they immediately participate in the bounty campaigns even if they have no sufficient knowledge about bitcoin and the crypto market. This is the reason why the forum now is full of spam and do not seem very informative, like it used to be in its early years. Good thing there are still early bitcoiners left in the forum as they still contribute valuable ideas that newbies need to learn and reflect.

Some more numbers of people join bitcointalk forum for one or two reasons, to gain knowledge or for both the money and the knowledge.

I am pretty sure that most people join this Bitcointalk forum at first to seek for salary, to get money as what they see from their friends and others. This is also what I was when at first joining this forum, I wanted to earn a lot of money from this forum like what happened to my friends at that time in 2017.
But after joining in this forum, we will be aware enough that this forum is not only about earning money, but more to that,more precious if we can look for deeply information, knowldge, and also discussions. Everything is provided here, we can gain not only money ut also knowledge, friends, and also otehr business achievenet.

You should not hide your motive or intensions, it's very obvious that from the year 2020, the most of people who joined bitcointalk community does not join through the awareness of bitcoin or airdrop in telegram, Facebook, Twitter, reddit, Instagram and other unmentioned social media platforms, people were informed of the community base on their brothers and sisters are here to earn bitcoin.. if signature campaign stop today in bitcointalk so many people will take a hill and will never return.

So many of them are curious to earn merit and grow their account because of their are inquisitive to earn, many don't have the passion in bitcoin and never used their money to purchase bitcoins or any other cryptocurrencies before joining the community, we all know that seventy percent is interested of weekly earn of bitcoin..i wanted to mention few users who are here because of the ove they have for Bitcoin and not interested to earn any Bitcoin or funds...but i will not because it might causes vital argument or looks like fashion.

Let's not shy away from the truth, everyone needs money, like whenever one hears the word Bitcoin first thing that comes into mind is money to be made.

Everyone desire to getting more and more knowledge about Bitcoin is not unconnected to making money from it.

Knowledge they say it's power, so the knowledge from Bitcoin empowers one to make money. So  wether you're focus directly on the knowledge of Bitcoin, you're still indirectly making money from it.

There are also people who don't know why they are here in the forum. The just dance to where ever the breeze blows them to. They cause nuisance and some troll and if you ban them they create new accounts and continue roaming about.
Also some sees here as a social media where they make posts and chat. I remember when my inbox will be full with messages as if here is a chatting platform.
These set of people constitutes nuisance to the forum and it would have been fine if they came for earning

There are so many topics and threads scattered out there containing information on many things regarding Bitcoin, Altcoins, mining, Loans, services, project announcements, etc. So I don't think there's any perspective if the forums are just hunting for income but we often get advice from seniors on market analysis and risk management in trading. So we grew up in the forum because we wanted to increase our knowledge of cryptocurrencies so earning is not our goal here.

There are also people who don't know why they are here in the forum. The just dance to where ever the breeze blows them to.

This is not possible. There are individuals that will join a site online without having any motive though the person may be lost in the journey.

Earning is somewhat the most reason why but learning is just about to happen because it is needed. I'm not sure where 95% came from but I believe the majority of 100% has been thinking that cryptocurrency gives us a profit while learning. This is all about the money that increases market interest in the community and it brings them here.
- Traders  makes use of this forum to gain idea and applied to actual trading and the result is profit-money
- Investors collect ideas in here which coin is a good investment and the results are positive -still earning money

I can't for the life of me understand how a lot of people still join Bitcointalk solely for "bounty hunting" a.k.a. spamming on social media despite the fact that it's pretty much a total waste of time now. I'd understand if it was in 2017 where every obvious crap token pumped, but today? Nah.

LOL, you never can know how desperate a human being can be, to you, it might seem Iike a waste of time but for them, they don't see it that way,. Am not trying to justify what they do but Most of this peeps are from third world countries where poverty has really destroyed lives, so they look for means to have a better life and are ready to do anything and don't really care how much they earn, as long as something is earned by the end of the day.

Most of the beginners are joining forum to make shitposts and they are just want to make money by joining bounties.But they should learn and follow forum's high rankers. And I saw now people are joining to be a higher ranker in this forum.

So hunting Merits or making money is very easy when you have idea about the proper way. So learning is essential than earning and forum is the best place to learn and to earn.

You forgot to mention scammers and developers there are no subjects to be discussed if the developers did not join here to promote their project, they also contribute to the enhancement of the discussion here.
unfortunately, since this is an open forum scammers are also joining and luring people to fall into their scheme, while Bitcointalk is a great community for sharing everything about Cryptocurrency we also should be aware that there are scammers here working to make money out of gullible.

Even you joined the forum for earning, you have to complete the full stages of Learning. Earning from the forum isn't that easy imo as for a new comer to master basics of bitcoin and blockchain wouldn't be that easy task to familiarize with. Unless users join the forum with previous background knowledge about cryptocurrencies and the methods to earn from them, they are here to learn. As for others from whom we already learn, they here for earn by sharing the good knowledge.

Actually, there are several reasons people join the forum for, which all you have mentioned are not far from it, because bitcointalk is one big forum with over 2 million monthly website visitors on the internet where barely all crypto-related issues are being discussed, ranging from trading, mining, how to buy, how to launch or market a coin and many others numerous to mention.
Because using myself as a case study, there has been a massive improvement in me now than when I started in the forum last year, I have learned a lot, understood many different concepts I would have never had if I never come to this forum because this forum is the only place on the planet where you can ask a question and get feedback from top experience persons in such field without a consultation fee.
And secondly, with the little few tips people get from the forum through signature campaigns and bounty, people can now actually devote time to making research on crypto-related topics.

Some of them come with the mindset of obtaining knowledge of cryptocurrency, while their elementary objectives to join the community is because of fund's but they won't speech out, Yes it's true that knowledge is one of the basic functions of been into to the community, because it's easier to understand anything of cryptocurrency especially bitcoin here without disturbance, and it's that the knowledge is Free, so if you have knowledge in mind you can as well acquire it here because all cryptocurrencies knowledge transmitters is here.

There could also be rules in place like 'signature campaigns have to be paid in BTC' or something similar, to prevent the obvious rip-off campaigns that don't even intend to pay people, which probably do 'spam' the most, though (need multiple posts to get $1 worth).

I know I complained of this too a year or two ago (can't be sure of time again) that bounty section should be looked into and handled with the same ferocity that signature campaigns were handled. At least, if not for anything, it will help curb scam projects and spamming. The case is even worse when it has to do with social media tasks on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, just to name but three. It's trash bounty hunters posts there. In the past (at the time I joined this forum) we had a few issues of signature campaigns run and the companies scammed posters by refusing to pay. That's in the past now as we don't get to find such in signature campaigns of today. Same measures can be put in place to deter scam projects from running campaigns here.
